The property is known as Dolphin Run Condos. My unit has been upgraded with new stainless steel ceramic top stove, granite top counters, a new king bed in the main bedroom and fresh painting with cheery ocean colors. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves and the boats going out and returning from the marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. At times you may see the dolphins running! For those who like fishing, you can fish right off the pier in Rudee's Inlet or go across the street and arrange a deep sea fishing expedition. While most will want to enjoy the beach, the property has an indoor pool that is kept at 84 degs. year round. The lobby is large and with an expansive view of the beach. Please view all the pictures. See #'s 35 and 36 of the Kiddie Park out front on the beach.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful place! It was very clean and the location is perfect. We also appreciated the designated covered parking spot during such a hot summer. Communication with the host was superb and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Virginia Beach in the future!

A lovely quiet condo on the beach, well placed and just fantastic for a week away. The host was very communicative and worked with me on check-in. The beach outside the condo was also very open and calm, compared to further north on the boardwalk. Fast internet as well. I definitely will consider booking again if/when I make it back to Virginia Beach. Highly recommended!!

This condo was in a great location, convenient to many restaurants and shops and overlooking the boardwalk and bike path. The beds were comfy, bathroom linens abundant and kitchen well equipped. The indoor pool was appreciated on the one rainy day we experienced. One great surprise was our being able to watch fire works from the balcony! Jessica (the onsite manager) was extremely helpful, especially in helping us get a second parking space.

The place has roaches, like tiny baby roaches, saw a few huge roaches. The microwave doesnt have a turn table. The coffee pots don't work. The bathtub in the guest room doesnt drain properly. The unit had a bad smell in the kitchen. Floors where dirty, walls dirty, and the cabinets dirty. You my dear need a very bad deep cleaning. Your place could be very nice. Overall the location was perfect, the view amazing, the beds are comfortable. Just so you know alot of guest in the building were complaining about dirty rooms and roaches. It is sad because this could be a nice place fixed up. Perfect for a family of 5.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great ocean view, bedrooms were clean and very large, extra beach toys and chairs if you needed anything. I also really appreciated the extra help with additional parking at the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Nice ocean views. South part of the strip a tad less crowded. Wateremans right next door is awesomeI am a local who moved from the area and come back a few times yearly to visit friends and the beach so I know the area well and places to stay on the strip and this is a great option.

Great location

The place was neat and everything we needed was included. Check in/out was very easy. You can’t beat the location- beachfront with a playground for kids! We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to the ocean, local attractions, and easy to get around. Our family loved being able to walk right out to the beach and pier. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax after long beach days, and the kitchen made meals super convenient.The host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our entire stay stress-free. This trip gave us great memories, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Dolphin Run

We were in town for work but wanted to stay close to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and check in and out were super easy. The boardwalk, ocean and many restaurants are so close. It was a great visit!

Wonderful beach vacation

What a stunning building! It offers a serene atmosphere, convenient onsite parking, and direct access to the beautiful beachfront. With fantastic restaurants and charming shops just a leisurely stroll away, and its close proximity to the Navy base, this location couldn’t be more perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Close to Richmond where I live. Can be there in 2 hours which makes it very convenient. Right on the ocean and boardwalk. Covered deck free parking space for owner or guests.

Living room balcony overlooking ocean and Rudee Inlet to watch the boats exit and enter and to frequently see the dolphins.
