***Saturday check in only*** Recently renovated (2017/18) 3 bed 1 1/5 bath home located within walking distance of narrow river. House is equipped with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds as well as a pack and play. There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in all 3. There is a spacious outdoor shower and large deck with patio furniture and grill. The kitchen is equipped with a keurig for your convenience as well as all the cooking and dish ware. There are movies, board games and lawn games to keep everyone entertained. Narragansett town beach is just a 5 minute drive down the road. Close to wonderful restaurants, The famous brickleys Ice cream and shopping. *** house must be booked with check in and out on Saturday***

Good spot for getting out and about around Narragansett

This is a cozy home, located right off route 1A which makes for easy travel to spots in Narragansett as well as to Newport or to the beaches down route 1A. It is clean and well-kept. Beach towels and 4 beach chairs are supplied. Gina, the owner, was easy to communicate with and responsive. A few things you might like to consider: - While it is very close to Narraganset Town Beach, it costs $15 per car and $10 per person to enter, which makes for a pricey beach day, especially if only going for a couple of hours. You might find street parking requiring a 5-10 minute walk and a cross of a road...but not ideal if you have little kids in tow. -In our opinion, the house does not really serve as a place to hang out as the living space is basement level (not a lot of natural light, a little musty, and boxy). We spent little time at the house itself other than for getting ready, breakfast and sleeping. If you plan to be on the go, this will serve you well! -no lobster pot, crushers, if you like to make your own.
