Nice Côte d’Azur: Peacefull villa with private pool, stunning view and aircon

Villa of 100 m2 on two floors with 700 m2 garden on several levels. The garden is lush with mature olive trees, cherry trees and flowers. There are several terraces both sunny and shady nooks total of 165 m2 with private pool (7,5 x4 m) and panoramic views. Deck chairs, dining tables, chairs and outdoor weber kitchen with gas grill on the patio. The covered pergola on one of the undisturbed terraces operates throughout the summer as additional ' conservatory ', where also the outdoor kitchen is located.
The villa is built on a slope and faces south with magnificent views of the valley and mountains. The house sits on top of the small, charming town Bendejun in altitude of approx. 500 meters. When you see the incredible views from the house you can feel calm and 'hear' the silence.
Upper floor: bedroom, separate bathroom and toilet, large living room with fireplace, TV with chromecast, free wifi and access to a 100 m2 terrace with pool. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Outdoor weber kitchen with gas grill on the patio. Panoramic views from every room as well as from all over the terrace. Panoramic views from every room as well as from all over the terrace.
Separate ground floor: 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with eg washing machine. Exit to own 65 m2 terrace. There is no interior staircase between floors, but a wide, easy external staircase. New Aircondition has been installed 2026 in all rooms. The house is particularly suitable for a family with older children or more adults .

We had a fabulous stay in Bendejun. The villa was everything we had dreamt of and more. Every day was spent beside the pool, in the pool, on the terraces, admiring the views. Simply a perfect place.

Gorgeous views

Lovely home away from everything. We were looking for a quiet and secluded stay "away from everything". And that is what we got. The location is quiet and the views are gorgeous. Host was very accommodating. Only thing of note is the drive up and down the hill to the home is 20 mins of pretty intense driving that some people would not enjoy.

Nice and calm location - house has everything you need

To start with, yes, the drive up is not like driving along the coast in Nice, but nevertheless quite easily driveable. The pictures and description do not lie, the house is in a very nice location high up the mountain with amazing views over the valley. Note though that Bendejun "village centre" and the cooperative shop (recommended!) is only driveable. The house has everything you need for your stay and is generally well equipped. You should bring antibug spray as there are tons of little mosquitos at night that can be quite annoying. The pool was clean and there are toys for the kids. The rooms downstairs are getting rather hot during the day and hardly cool down during the night. You are in nature, so expect ants and spiders to take over if you leave food/ leftovers on the table. Cleaning, outside mainly, could have been a bit more thorough though. Overall I would go back without hesitation.

Man wurde nach einer wirklich abenteuerlichen Fahrt mit einem sehr besonders gelegenem Ferienhaus belohnt! Der Ausblick ist wunderschön!!!!! und vorallem der Pool ein echtes Highlight was uns in den 7 Tagen absolut 'gerettet' hat... Zur Erklärung, unser erstes Mal Südfrankreich, ein Abenteuer für unsere Familie auf das wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Im Haus angekommen konnten wir ohne zu übertreiben, kaum atmen. Die Temperatur betrug über Tage hinweg bis zu 37 und die Beiden Ventilatoren haben nicht viel gebracht! Das wir ein Haus ohne Klimaanlage gebucht haben ist uns bewusst, da wir mit Kindern und Hund angereist sind, haben wir niemals mit diesem unerträglichen Umstand gerechnet! Nach 2 Tagen lagen unsere Nerven so blank, dass wir über ein abreisen nachgedacht haben, auch durch den Schlafmangel. Die Türen der unteren Schlafräume sind so heiß gewesen, dass wir uns mehrfach daran verbrannt haben! Im oberen Badezimmer fehlt der Siphon, dadurch riecht es sehr sehr unangenehm und wir haben es kein einziges Mal nutzen können! Es gibt keinen Mückenschutz an Fenstern und Türen, der aber dringend notwendig wäre! Vielleicht sind auch diese wirklich hohen Temperaturen eher ungewöhnlich und von der Besitzerfamilie bisher nicht erlebt worden, anders können wir es uns nicht erklären. 450 Euro pro Nacht sind nicht gerechtfertigt für die Ausstattung deren Zustand! Es ist eine Herausforderung gewesen und wir haben uns wirklich mehr erhofft!

Traumhaftes Domizil in der Nähe von Nizza

Superschönes, ruhiges, in den Bergen gelegenes Anwesen mit tollem Pool, grandioser Landschaft und Aussicht. Wir haben als Familie die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Die Erreichbarkeit ist problemlos, Nizza und Antibes sind rasch zu erreichen. Im Haus sind 3 Schlafzimmer, die Qualität der Betten ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist insgesamt gut eingerichtet. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Perfekt bjergro

Området og huset var utrolig idylliske og fredeligt. Meget tro til billeder. Lidt langt til indkøb. Meget varmt om natten men kun sagtens finde på at komme tilbage. Værten var under hele forløbet utrolig hjælpsom og let at komme i kontakt med.

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in Bendejun verbracht. Oma, Kids und zwei Hunde dabei. Jeder hat die Ruhe fern von Hektik und Hitze genossen. Lustige Anreise. Nix für Fahranfänger 😄. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Maison calme et proche de Nice . Avec très peu de vis à vis coté route seulement(peu de passage) maison confortable et agréable avec piscine. Nous avons passé de très belle vacances ! (Petit bémol, difficile d’accès et assez éloigné des commerces ! ) mais aucun regret la vue était magnifique !

Semaine caniculaire à Bendejun

Très belle maison, bien équipée avec une vue superbe. La piscine et les espaces de vie sont très appréciables et le calme est au rendez-vous, en retrait du fourmillement de la Côte. La communication avec le propriétaire est fluide et rapide. Pour de futurs locataires, il faut noter que la route d'accès est très étroite et sinueuse (compliquée pour les gros vehicules) et que les 2 chambres situées au niveau inférieur sont très chaudes voire étouffantes : les baies vitrées et les stores intérieurs empêchent la ventilation ; une climatisation serait bienvenue/nécessaire.

Tolle Woche in Bendejun

Wir hatten zu fünft eine tolle Zeit in Finns Haus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten - nach einem Gewitter - ein paar Probleme mit der Wasserqualität. Die Kommunikation mit Finn lief daraufhin total super und wir haben den Pool ein paar Stunden später wieder nutzen können. Wir haben nichts vermisst in den 7 Tagen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT, um viel Zeit am Pool zu verbringen.

Rigtig godt indtryk - eneste "problem", at der er så langt til indkøbsmuligheder (hvilket også kan vær en charme!). Hvis vejret havde været dårligt (det var det ikke) kunne det måske været lidt bøvlet med kun den udvendige trappe. - Boligen kan klart anbefales, beskrivelse helt korrekt og fyldestgørende
