Traverse City Family Gem

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were friendly, available, and very helpful. It was an excellent place for our entire family. Our granddaughters loved all the kids toys. We loved the location and all the amenities!

What an amazing place. Maybe better than advertised. Perfect central location. I literately don’t want to tell others about because it was so good. I thought my mom was just going to stay! The house is clean and the owners were responsive and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay in Traverse City!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property in Traverse City in mid July. The host was awesome, staying in great touch and providing us with tons of helpful tips on local sights and fun things to do. The house was spotless and super organized, with plenty of amenity space in the basement, including a workout room, and a beautiful backyard that our kids absolutely loved. The friendly neighbors added a nice touch to our stay. The location was perfect – just a short drive to great restaurants, stores, and a local beach. Plus, it was within an hour of some must-see parks and attractions in Michigan. Definitely a perfect spot for a family getaway! We hope to rent again next year.

Great spot for a family

This home is beautiful. It has everything you could think of to have a comfortable weekend away in Traverse City. My boys and my friend and her kids all stayed there during the Ironman. I was racing, and it was so great to have a location so close to downtown (5 minutes!) and a comfortable home to return to after to shower and rest. Definitely recommend!

Clean family friendly rental

Excellent family friendly rental with great accessibility to all TC has to offer. We stayed with our 2 young boys who didn’t mind coming back to the house after a long day to play with all the toys! Jessica was quick to respond to any questions and also provided a lengthy list of recommended beaches, parks, family friendly restaurants/breweries and even allergy friendly options for my 2yo. We enjoyed our stay so much we asked to stay an additional night, and thankfully Jessica was able to accommodate our last minute request. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful home for a Traverse City getaway!

My family couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in this amazing home. We were traveling to TC with family for a wedding, along with our two month old, and the owner Jessica could not have made the process any smother / more enjoyable. From the early communication, to the check in process, to the beautiful home / amenities for our stay... everything was perfect. Hopefully we can repeat the trip next year!

Great place to stay!

This home was and very comfortable, including all beds. The location was perfect for exploring Traverse City and the pennisula, where we visited several wineries. The owners were very hospitable, answering my questions, leaving things all ready for us, easy instructions, and providing coffee for the mornings. Their home was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this one!

This is a great family home for anyone spending time in Traverse City. The home is beautifully maintained with plenty of room in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is located right at the base of the peninsula with easy access to downtown, parks, beaches and wineries. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and well organized. My only advice for the owner would be to provide more details (like bike path to down town), or favorite restaurants in the area, or grocery stores near by...etc. The home owner was very easy to talk with and get in touch with throughout our whole stay. We had a great week!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is amazing. We have the best neighbors, it's quiet, tree filled and peaceful. We love being able to walk down the easement into the neighborhood behind us. In one mile, you can walk along the beautiful East Shore Dr (home of the Bayshore Run), play tennis at Central High School, run around at Eastern Elementary playground, or walk to Bryant Park (hello, air show!). Bring your bikes and you're able to ride downtown to the farmers market or cruise along the bay.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a peaceful backyard. With lots of shade from our trees. The house is very clean. There is a brand new hot tub area, too.
