Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. M22 Bay View Breeze is a nicely decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large sandy beach across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.

Upon entering the residence, guests will encounter a spacious living area with a full kitchen and dining space. The entire residence is on a single level, including all three bedrooms.

Behind the house, 100 feet of lakeshore can be enjoyed along the pristine waters of West Bay. Amenities such as a fire pit, kayaks, and beach chairs complete the relaxation requirements.

We welcome well-behaved pets and owners who clean up after them.

We loved having our own private beach area to use. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and had a fire every night we were there. It provided a wonderful, relaxing vacation! The host was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return!

Traffic noise is loud if you are outside in the front... once the door is closed or you are out in the backyard you can barely hear it. We used some of the restaurant referrals and the food was great... saved us time in running around to try to find food...We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the patio in the back, nice place to relax and enjoy a beverage or 2.

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor areas were beautiful. The landscaping in the back yard was beautiful. The beach area was private and better than the pics. I didn’t realize there was a highway to cross to the beach when I booked although it was clearly stated. It was a very busy road and loud even from the beach. It’s a great location but the highway being between the home and the beach impacted my stay more than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did have an issue with fruit flies. The beds were comfortable. I was surprised there was no cable included for the price. The driveway was large enough for a trailer. I guess I would prefer a quieter wooded beach location but the property did represent itself accurately. It was lovely and comfortable.

Great location with great hosts.

We loved how clean this home was & the location was perfect. The view from the living room window is gorgeous! The beach was an added bonus that we enjoyed everyday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as stated. Six adults stayed here for six nights & it was very comfortable for everyone. The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!
