This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 Bath with 1342 square feet of living space. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak Trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th fairway.
The main floor master suite, with a comfortable king bed adjoining updated master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered wraparound brick paver patio.
The kitchen is updated with quartz counter tops, glass tile back splash and brand new refrigerator. All glassware, utensils, pots, pans coffee maker and etc... are brand new as well.
The Great Room offers a spacious gathering area, with French doors opening onto a covered patio. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee, reading, or just relaxing while enjoying an unobstructed tropical view. A flat screen TV with high definition cable channels and high speed internet are free extras that will make you feel right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The condo layout was perfect for our family. The amenities in both the condo and the community were fantastic. It was a great location, in very close proximity to the pool and offering easy access to the beach, the tennis/pickleball center, and the cute general store via the bike/walking trails. The condo was also very clean and the communication with the owners was easy and clear. We would definitely look into staying again on our next visit. Thank you for a great week!!

This is an ideal location. Secluded and quiet, yet every activity is nearby. The pool is a 1 minute walk. For the beach, outdoor activities, and restaurants within the property. There is a shuttle service available. The unit was comfortable. Lots of windows and a large wrap-around patio. Parking is plenteous and never an issue.

Love the location it's absolutely beautiful. The condo was comfortable and very well equip (but no Keurig; we had our own in our van). Beds very comfortable! Just few things the patio was quite dirty and very buggy I got ate up by something first time sitting in one of the chairs. The broken blinds mentioned in another review at the entrance looks bad. The master had no wash rags I had to get some from my kids after using hand towels a couple of times. We ran out of toilet paper after a few days. The flooring seemed to me to not have been mopped IDK my socks were quite dirty after just a short bit of being there and hadn't went anywhere yet, I think the place may be due for a deep cleaning but I'm a clean freak! Over all it's a very nice first floor condo and in a nice quiet area with golf course and pond view. The extra day-bed room was perfect to put and charge our brand new e-bikes. Nice pool. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Cleaning people we not done until 4:20, 2 slat on blinds in front entrance were broke - looks tacky, dish washer was full of suds and water running out on floor - cleaning.people should have noticed it, there was no wash soap to wash towels,there was no dish soap, the patio area was very dirty..I think that VRBO should be taking care of this property better. I do not hold the property owners responsible for any of this. It is on the cleaning people.

Golf getaway

Reserved this stay to entertain my in laws while they were visiting the Carolinas from Minnesota this summer. The first floor condo was perfect for them. They loved being on the golf course and close to the pickleball courts. The beach was also a quick bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes community has everything in close proximity. Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in St. Andrews Common. Overlooking the 14th hole on the George Fazio golf course it was well situated and a lovely location. We enjoyed the quieter location of being at the rear of the Palmetto Dunes resort but still within close proximity of access to the beach for walking our dog. The condo supplied all our needs, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, beds and bedding were very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a visit to Palmetto Dunes.
