Magnificent renovated house for lovers of authenticity and old stones.
It is one of the oldest houses in this sought after area which is located in the heart of the magnificent pink granite coast, above the Landrellec peninsula, just 200m from the sea and 800m from the beaches.

With a capacity of 6 people, with an area of 120m2, it offers 4 bedrooms with a beautiful sea view upstairs, 2 bathrooms (bath and Italian shower), 2 WCs, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large garden of 1200M2 and a closed annex room for storing bikes.
For cars it is possible to park in the driveway.
The living room of 45 m2 is very bright and gives direct access to a large sunny terrace facing south and to the fully enclosed garden with trees.
We provide complete and very good quality equipment:
Appliances: Oven, Microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large 5-burner hob, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, baby cook, etc.
We also offer free of charge all childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub ...)
Multimedia: flat screen TV, TNT, Blue ray player, broadband internet, Wifi.
Garden Furniture: Teak table and chairs, lounge chairs, Weber BBQ, umbrellas, cushions.

Madame Le Tiniez was very helpful in showing us key places to visit in the locality. The kitchen is very well equipped & all facilities worked well. The area is delightful & our Australian friends who accompanied us were very impressed.

Two weeks in Plemeur-Bodou

The property was lovely, and we were well looked after by the very friendly and attentive Mrs Le Tinevez. We stayed with our two teenagers, who each had their own room and had plenty of space to themselves. The wider area is lovely for walking, especially around the coastal paths. It’s not an area with a lot of British visitors, and occasionally we felt a little out of place. But overall we had a lovely time - recommended.

Le jardin est agrĂ©able , y compris pour les enfants qui peuvent y jouer sans problĂšme.Il faut une voiture absolument pour accĂ©der au centre-ville et aux restaurants, ainsi qu'aux plages.Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances car la rĂ©gion est belle et trĂšs riche en activitĂ©s pour les enfants, sans compter, Ă©videmment, la cĂŽte de granit rose!

HÎte trÚs arrangeant et avenant. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes, dont une partie a randonné le long du sentier des douaniers. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La maison a beaucoup de charme et est trĂšs fonctionnelle. IdĂ©ale pour une famille avec de grands ados ! IdĂ©alement situĂ©e entre Perros-Guirec, TrĂ©gastel, Lannion

HĂŒbsches Haus mit Charme

Sehr schönes bretonisches Haus, gut eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Wir waren etwas spĂ€t mit der Ankunft, wg. Baustellen und Stau. Gegen 18.30h wurden wir sehr herzlich von Vincent empfangen. Madame hatte CrĂȘpes fĂŒr uns gebacken und gleich wurden uns der Weg zum Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt erklĂ€rt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche bei großartiges Wetter.

Nice end-of-summer vacation at Cote de Granit Rose

The house (style of an old Brittany fishermen cottage) was very nice, had a lot of space (even when travelling with more people) and was fully equipped with everything one needs, e.g. for cooking. Outside facilities allow BBQ or just relaxing. It is situated very close to the coast (5 .. 10 minutes walk) in the center of the famous Cote de Granit Rose - probably the prettiest place at the northern Brittany coast. The owners were very freindly - providing some freshly baked crepe for our way back ;o) We really recommend this house !!!

nous avons passĂ© 3 trĂšs belles semaines dans cette maison, propre, confortable, de belle taille et trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Le jardin est grand et magnifique. La terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e de transats et d'une table et parasol trĂšs agrĂ©able. trĂšs belles vues depuis la maison. La rĂ©gion ne demande qu'Ă  ĂȘtre dĂ©couverte. Il y a de quoi faire tous les jours: Ă  pieds, en bateaux, ou Ă  vĂ©lo (mais attention cĂŽtĂ© vallonnĂ©e). l'accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait. le seul petit bĂ©mol est la situation de la maison en bord de route: un peu bruyant dans la journĂ©e. En revanche route peu passante et donc trĂšs calme la nuit. Nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour.

Superbe maison trĂšs grande et trĂšs confortable qui ne manque vraiment de rien. TrĂšs beau jardin

Deux semaines de vacances en ce dĂ©but septembre sous un soleil Ă©clatant qui nous a permis de visiter cette superbe rĂ©gion et la proximitĂ© du village de Ploumanach 1er village de France fut un plaisir extrĂȘme. Madame Marylene Le Tivenez nous y a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ses informations sur la rĂ©gion son expĂ©rience du tourisme nous ont beaucoup apportĂ© dans nos balades prĂšs de la mer et les villages Ă  visiter.
