WOW!!! This home had 33 reviews and 5 stars BEFORE the remodel! REMODEL (11/24) includes plumbing throughout the home, new floors, PLUS complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. Welcome home to this unique coastal cottage...this home will delight with the touches that don't represent the typical beach abode. ...The casual yet sophisticated home has a split floor plan with gorgeous honey toned wood tile throughout...and the Primary is separated from the other two bedrooms for your peace and quiet. The Open Kitchen concept allows ease of preparing meals or snacks while entertaining and boasts New Quartz countertops. The Lanai looks over the yard which is perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach or having a burger on the grill. There is a King bed in the Primary Retreat, which has a large closet, unique for 1950's homes, and a 50" TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and large double closet, and curtains that will block out light for a restful sleep. A set of Twins in the 3rd Bedroom allows for 2 persons to sleep comfortably OR can push together for a larger bed for 1. The 3rd bedroom also has a desk for your convenience and two sets of double closets. In the Living Room there is new furniture including a brand new sofa, leather club chairs, 65" Tv in the living room, High Speed Internet and Wifi all included. . LOCATION is perfect... 5 minutes to Siesta Key Bridge and 10 minutes to downtown. Want to Swim in a pool? 1/2 Block to Arlington Park which has 2 swimming pools, beautiful shaded walking paths, a playground, tennis and pickle ball courts. Superb house and accommodation

Very well staged house with everything you need and more! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and dining area. Close driving distance to downtown and the Marina ( O’Learys is a must for visitors ). Also Trader Joe’s just a short drive down the 41 ( a treat for Canadians ). Would definitely recommend this house and host.

Awesome home!

This home looks exactly like the pictures you see. It's very clean, and the layout is great! We're enjoying riding our bikes throughout the neighborhoods, and found some great restaurants nearby. We'll definitely return next time we're in Sarasota.

Cozy home!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house. We absolutely love the area and this home so much. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The entire home is perfect. The backyard is so quite and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay! House was absolutely lovely. Immaculately clean and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. All of the little extra touches were nice (beach chairs, extra pillows, to-go menus from nearby restaurants). The WiFi was super quick, which was really appreciated by the three teenagers. Danelle was wonderful to work with and called to check on us. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Relaxing, beautiful place!

Very clean, very well supplied, updated house close to beaches and a block from neighborhood park with nice shaded walking trail. The kitchen was exceedingly well stocked, and the large, screened lanai was a peaceful, quiet, place to relax and watch the birds. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner responds quickly to any questions.

Even better than expected

We went to visit family and enjoy the beach/weather. We had a youngster who is not yet a swimmer, so our criteria was no pool. The location, layout/style of property, cleanliness and convenience of supplies were all excellent. Communication with host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend!

I am unclear on why this is a 1 star review..."Spect" something better? What was not to your liking? I have 25 reviews with 5 stars... Peaceful In Paradise

Perfect for a home away from home . Lanai is decorated beautifully and backyard is peaceful. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Located perfectly to get to Siesta Key Beach or Lido Beach in about 15 minutes. The house came with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and some beach towels . Agent had the lights all on and house ready because we landed late at night . Agent is very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again !

Excellent in every way!

Danelle has done a wonderful job of stocking this house with everything a family could want for their vacation. We had our daughter and two young grandchildren here to visit and it was a perfect house for extra family to join us. The screened lanai is so comfortable and there is plenty of room to gather and enjoy the beautiful weather. We loved the close proximity of the Arlington Park trail and pools . We visited the library and museum and botanical garden as well as beaches. Thank you for providing such a perfect location. Hhh hh

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

We were looking for a house in the Sarasota area to spend some time during the winter months. This beautiful home on Craft Ln exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, provided a fully stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings and provided extra linens. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The home is within walking distance to a beautiful park with many amenities. We enjoyed walking through the park and appreciated the lovely foliage. In addition to the many shops and restaurants within a short drive, there are lots of things to do and places to visit. We enjoyed Siesta Key, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, The Ringling museum and Bayfront Park. This home is wonderful and and we loved spending time there.

Beautiful house in a perfect neighborhood.

This property far exceeded any expectations! We've stayed in several other VRBO properties, and were pretty lucky in our choices, but this one was the best by far! Immaculately clean, updated decorating, and with a screened lanai. We loved every minute of our stay, and appreciate how responsive Danelle was whenever we needed to contact her. The beautiful park located two blocks away was perfect for daily walks even on very cool days. Close to beaches, shopping, and ice cream! Don't miss your chance to stay here if it's available!

Great place.....comfortable, close to everything. We are shopping for a home and Arlington Park is just outside the city, so it gave us a good sense of living here. The owner/manager, Danelle is also a realtor and extremely helpful navigating neighborhoods.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We loved this property and its location. It has everything we wanted and Danelle was such a responsible host. Prior to our trip I asked about a french press. It didn't have one but she made sure it did when we arrived! She checked in with us occasionally to make sure we were okay due to being here during the Corona Virus crisis.
