Walk to the Beach - Quaint 2 bed/1 bath lock-out
"Lesser Breeze" – 2 Bed/1 Bath, walk to the Beach on St. Simons Island
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer you Lesser Breeze! This unique island property was originally built in 1929 and completely renovated in 1996. The house retains the character and charm of a traditional beach house with all the modern amenities. The interiors re-create the original house built in the 1920's by the owner’s grandparents, but with modern comforts.
Lesser Breeze is the 2 bedroom wing of the larger “Fuller Breeze”. Lesser Breeze is located a short walk from the ocean in a quiet neighborhood, one mile to the pier and village on the island-wide paved bike path.
All rooms feature beaded board ceilings and overhead fans. Parking is available for two cars. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator Stack washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! St. Simons Island is a special place every season of the year. We are happy to share Lesser Breeze with you!

• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• 1 block to Public Beach Access,1.2 mile to Pier Village
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
Bedding Includes:
1 - Queen
1 - Double
1 - Sofa Sleeper
NOTE: Fireplace is decorative only. Please do not attempt to use.
NOTE: There are Amazon fire sticks plugged into each tv. Instructions for using SlingTV are included in each unit.
