About this property

Quiet Cozy Cottage on Keuka Lake Wine Trail

Secluded cottage on beautiful, warm, clean Keuka Lake. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps four) and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people. All new furniture and mattresses last summer. Central air-conditioning added in spring 2021! New queen bed and mattress added last spring. 112 feet of shoreline. Dock and swim float. Rowboat included. Big yard. Level property with lots of parking. Very quiet--6 acres of undeveloped land between highway and cottage. Only 2.5 miles away from the town of Penn Yan--close to supermarkets, restaurants and boutique shopping. Morgan Marina is 2.5 miles away where you can rent boats and stock up on watersports gear. Great fishing in Keuka Lake! Keuka is comfortable to swim in from mid-June through September. East Lake Road is right along the wine trail.
The house is a duplex with the rental side on the south side of the building and the owners side on the north side of the building. We use our apartment on the weekends only but are only there about half the weekends in the summer. The rental apartment is 900 square feet. Most of our weeks of the summer are filled with repeat customers who have rented from us for years. Come see us! The Becks Family

Very comfortable home in a perfect location! Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all you could need. The house has a beautiful outdoor door area with very easy access for kayaking. Near town and all the wineries!

Check-in was easy and we were gifted an early entry on a hot day, allowing for more enjoyment.Turn off to road is a quick one,however Dieder provides accurate details.Kitchen had more than enough cookware and dishware. Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space both outdoors and inside.

Cute lakeside cottage

The cottage was clean and conveniently located with the extra bonus of being right on the lake! The owners were very easy to communicate with and provided a lot of great information (i.e.their favorite restaurants) prior to the trip. Great little cottage!

Fantastic stay!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the great room and deck was so beautiful! The beach, also, has beautiful views and was so relaxing listening to the waves. The water is crystal clear, sunsets beautiful, and so many stars at night. There is a great fire pit right on the beach. We had several camp fires and was great for making s'mores.

Great lakeside location on crystal clear part of Keuka Lake

Excellent location with large dock with crystal clear water on Keuka Lake. Very clean home with large family room and large back porch. AC included for warmer days. Great for families and also very close to the town of Penn Yann which has plenty of retail and dining options.

A nice getaway

We had a great experience staying in this house. It's very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing, the water is very clear and can see the fish! You can get in the water or have a small bonfire next to the lake and see the beautiful sunset. Also, if your looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is the perfect place for you. great getaway property

We had and amazing time staying at this property for a long weekend getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful and within a few steps to a dock to enjoy fishing or just relaxing . We found the area perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do at the finger lakes, wine tasting, golfing, fishing and shopping. The owners were great to work with from the time I made the reservation until the trip was over. The property was well stocked with basic essentials and very clean.
