Welcome to the Mermaid Lounge in Ocean City. Enjoy this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with Living room, dining room combo, a full galley kitchen, washer & dryer. Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. No pool. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

We needed to be close to the convention center and Jen’s property was perfect. Great location, steps to the beach, clean and comfortable. This property had everything we could’ve needed. I’m so thankful we found this unit and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great location!

Loved the fact that this was just steps away from the beach so there was no worrying about packing up all our beach stuff, driving somewhere and then trying to finding a parking spot. It was just the perfect size for my husband, grandson and I. Lots of things within walking distance which is great! Would definitely stay here again!

Born and raised in Maryland. Growing up our family vacations were Ocean City every summer with family. I have great memories from childhood of this beautiful city. There is so much to do. Mini golfing, visiting the boardwalk for rides and the arcade are among my favorites. I enjoy taking walks when I visit and love the local restaurants!

Why they chose this property

I put a lot of love into renovating this home so that you can enjoy it. I have games & coloring books for the little ones that visit. The condo is located across from the Convention Center so is a great for families that have kids in sports or Cheerleading to stay for their competitions. We are not too far from the boardwalk. It's a quick ride! And the restaurants are amazing near by! Close to Jolly Rogers amusement park, about 9 streets away from Seacrets and other local bars/restaurants! I think you will enjoy your stay!
