Simply the ultimate Cape Cod experience! Beautifully appointed six-bedroom, five full bath, waterfront home set on our private beach on Nantucket Sound. The setting beckons you to come, relax and play!

Here you will find a fantastic spot for your family retreat. Once you turn off the car, you need not go anywhere else to entertain your entire family with the best Cape Cod has to offer. The waterfront location, private beach in your back yard, ocean views from nearly every room in the house, and gracious indoor/outdoor well equipped living make this the perfect spot for your family's retreat.

Ah yes, THE BEACH! It is literally part of your back yard and yours alone during your stay. Beautiful sand, world-famous breezes, and warm gulf stream water, excellent for swimming, boating and windsurfing. Incredible fishing, shell hunting, sunbathing and barefoot exploring are all at your back door!

UPSTAIRS:

Spacious Master Suite: Floor to ceiling views of the ocean, slide open the door to the private balcony for amazing views, ocean breezes and the sound of lapping water. Flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and private sound system. Beautiful marble bathroom w/ spacious seated shower and separate, free standing soaking tub. King size bed for complete comfort.

Hannah's Room: Two XL twin beds and a large, cozy window seat for reading and watching boats on the horizon. More amazing views! Beautiful full bath with shower.

Bunk Room: One set of bunk beds, two additional twin beds, and one trundle twin bed. There is plenty of room to spread out and play board games or puzzles... or watch for pirates on the open seas! Plus, a secret hidden playroom all to yourselves! Come and explore!

Guest Room: Upstairs guest room with queen bed just across the hall from a full tub/shower bathroom and next to the Bunk Room. This room pairs well with the Bunk Room to make its own family wing.


DOWNSTAIRS:

Junior Suite: Ground floor queen sleigh bed with private full bath with seated walk-in shower and ocean views from your picture window...perfect for grandparents. Flat screen HDTV and DVD.

Sunset Bedroom: Queen bed, ground floor, more ocean views! Down the hall from a full bath with tub/shower.

Kitchen: Airy Cape Cod kitchen with island, convection oven/microwave combo and oven, gas range, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker and water dispenser. Lots of dishes, glassware, serving pieces, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, and most items you can think of! Watch the sailboats on the horizon while making sandwiches for the crew! Small flat screen HDTV to keep you up to date.

Keeping Room: Adjoining the kitchen, the perfect spot for lazy breakfasts, easy-going days, and nights full of conversation and family time overlooking the deck and the sparkling water. Comfy loveseat and four cushioned club chairs around a round table.

Dining Room: Make more memories around the extra-large custom farmhouse trestle table surrounded by windows open to the relaxing ocean views and refreshing salt air. Plenty of seating for everyone.

Living Room: Read, relax or be entertained by the built-in surround-sound system with the large flat screen TV, DVD, and HDMI cable for your gaming system. Custom furniture and artwork.

Bonus Room: Bright, sunny, and quiet second living room with sleeper sofa, glass french doors to main living room, and views of sand and sea!

OUTSIDE:

Deck: Massive deck with plenty of Smith & Hawken teak furniture. Outdoor dining table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, steamer chairs, and a hammock for afternoon naps. Plus, end every day with a luxurious dip in the inviting six person hot tub overlooking the panoramic sound. Oh, and don't forget the private outdoor shower, a MUST for Cape Cod!
(During winter/snow months deck furniture and grill are stored off site and therefore may not be available.)

Lawn: Spacious grassy areas perfect for croquet, cartwheels or catch, with a hammock for relaxing with a book or taking an afternoon nap.
