This charming Victorian house in is located 40 seconds away from the beach in the heart of downtown Cape May. Under new managment and recently renovated, Intermission@109Howard is your destination for housing a big a family or other group vacation by the ocean. It is one of the largest whole-house rentals in town, able to accommodate 23 happy beach-lovers. Located in the heart of Cape May, Intermission@109Howard is a few steps away from great restaurants, bars, music and family entertainment sites. Available for weekly rentals.

Guests are responsible to bring own linens and towels.

Amenities:
Air-conditioned rooms: king, queen, double and single beds. Large dining room with cable TV and internet, a modern stocked kitchen with stove, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, new washing machines, ice maker and dryer. Tenants bring linens and towels. Beautiful indoor dining room and outdoor patio with a new grill for large family gatherings. Available for weekly rentals. Sofas and comfortable living space Off street parking. Indoor showers, ACs and many fans. 1st floor bedroom, 2 BBQ grills. Utilities included in season. NO SMOKING. Rent to groups.

A minimum stay of 3 nights required before Memorial Day and after labor Day. Full-week rentals Sunday to Sunday.
