Bungalow was clean

Bungalow was ready upon arrival very clean we stayed in the coquina. Staff was very pleasant. Location was great and the trolley service is very helpful.. Great price for location..

Funky motel not bungalows. Staff nice/helpful. Equipment not well maintained.

I would stay again, was overall clean and easy to hop on trolley. Photos misleading, beach is a mile in one direction, two in the other. Only two rooms face the canal.

Nice helpful ladies on property. Too much expected of them.

The floor of our unit was very dirty. We used an entire box and then some of floor wipes, which we purchased. The location is lovely and possibly some of the newer units are in better shape. Ours was probably the original one. We were very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent. Never again.

I did not like the fact that I had no hot water for shower; there were no instructions for using the TV; the sheets on bed were inside out; the back door to unit was unlocked on my arrival; it was very difficult to see which unit was mine as the map on the office was in tiny print and made it difficult to locate my unit. When I spoke to manager about no hot water her response was "I know. That faucet is a problem." The unit should not be rented if she knew it didn't work.

Past projects have included co-chair of Gala Committee for Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center, chair of Walk for Life, and an advisor for Youth for Christ. She also has her own ministry called SW FL for Life. On the political scene, Gayle served as chair of the Governor’s campaign for Sarasota and helped promote U.S. Senators & she is the only official Pro-Life Ambassador to Congressman Buchanan’s office (R-13). She is also active in the various business organizations connected with her two hotels on Anna Maria Island, FL and Siesta Key, FL. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, the K-Swiss Tennis Team, boating, driving NASCAR & driving her custom Harley-Davidson.
