Just a 10 minute walk to Oxford-Swayze Field (Baseball Field), 15 minute walk to the Vaught-Hemmingway (Football Field) and The Pavilion (Basketball Arena), 25 minute walk to the Grove (voted #1 Tailgate Spot in the US) and only 2 miles from the historic "Square"! Pull in park and do not drive for the remainder of your trip. The professionally decorated Condo is in a gated complex just off Campus, it has 3 bedrooms, a bunk bed niche, 2 full bathrooms (with double vanity's and separated shower/water closets for faster dressing), a oversized sofa (that sleeps 2), 65" Hi-Def TV/DVR, bar seating for 4, separate laundry, balcony with seating for 4 overlooking a landscaped courtyard, elevator access to the 2nd floor, tennis courts, large pool, gym and kids gaming area.

Executive Football weekend

I hosted several insurance executives from around the country at the Ole Miss-LSU game. Not only were they blown away with Oxford, the stay at the condo was also exceptional. Great location to the campus and we walked to the grove. Hope to book again soon!

It's not 4 bedrooms, it's 3!

We came from 4 different states (including the PNW) arriving late about 1 AM & keypad didn't work. Owner stated no one had a key. After about 30 minutes, miraculously the door opened. Upon entering we immediately learned it was NOT 4 bedrooms, but 3! This was extremely awkward based on our family dynamics but we had no options to go anywhere else. I shared this disappointment with the owner after leaving more than 24 hours ago and have not heard back.

Great property! Comfy beds and very clean. Kitchen is small but perfect to do light cooking. Outside has a great grill area and covered picnic tables. Location is close to campus which is a major plus. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful Game Weekend

The condo is great. we had My parents, my sister and her husband and adult son, and myself, my husband and teen daughter. There was plenty of room, and everything was very comfortable. Like everyone who visits Oxford, I fell in love right away and promised myself, when I graduated that I would own a place close enough that I could walk to sporting events and The Square. In the end, with a busy family and work schedule we do not get to use the condo as much as we would like, so we decided to rent it out a bit.

Why they chose this property

It's location to Campus and The Square. Its gated and the grounds and pool are really nice.

What makes this property unique

Although a 3 bedroom, with the bunk bed niche and oversized sectional sofa allow 10 to sleep comfortably. The location just off Taylor Rd. provides quick access to campus (The Grove/all the sporting venues) and The Square.
