This lovely, four bedroom historic home is conveniently located right in Town and within walking distance of Brant Point, allowing easy access to Nantucket’s best restaurants, shopping and beaches. It is a wonderful house for WEDDING guests! The front porch is ideally situated high on the corner of West Chester Street and North Centre Street. The home is light and bright with gorgeous antique wide pine floors and charming original details throughout. There is also a private, landscaped side yard and garden with patio and oversized outdoor shower. With central air-conditioning and parking for two cars, this is a great Town rental option!
First Floor:
The first floor features a formal living room, TV room/den, a very spacious dining room and kitchen that was renovated in 2017. The master bedroom on this floor is en-suite and there is also a powder room. The kitchen overlooks the wonderfully private side yard which is perfect for outdoor dining.
Second Floor:
The second floor has three bedrooms, a long hallway with spacious landing and a full bath.
