50% deposit at booking, 50% due 90 days ahead of check-in
Refundable Damage Deposit: $4,000
State and local taxes (11.7%) are added to the rental price

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds. If the period can be re-rented, Tenant will receive a pro-rated refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Vrbo does not refund their service fee. COVID-19 EXCEPTION: A full refund will be provided if there is then outstanding a federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation that precludes use of the Property as rental by Tenant for the Rental Dates.
