Description of our home:
*Living Room: open concept living room adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The large windows allow lots of natural light to enter and provide you with amazing views of the water. A pull out sofa in the living room will sleep 2 comfortably.
*Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with all necessities for preparing a wonderful home cooked meal while visiting the coast.
*Bedroom 1: King Bed - sleeps 2 Newly updated!
*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - sleeps 2
*Living room 3: Couch is a sofa sleeper and will sleep 1-2
*Bathroom: full bath with tub/shower combination.
*Gas Fireplace

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed two dogs with a $30/dog minimum. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. Contract will note full requirements

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle! The home is in an incredible location, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to everything in town. Malia and Arnie were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and helpful in answering all our questions. I'd highly recommend their home for anyone planning a relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Castle. This location allowed easy beach access, easy walking to restaurants, candy store, coffee houses, and tap houses. The unit provided many comforts- the bedding, the sofa, and the fireplace were our favorites. The kitchen provided all the needed equipment including like-new small appliances. The extra touches by the housekeeping staff made this stay one of our favorites at the beach. Thank you!

What a great space to stay in our first ever trip to Cannon Beach! Having the beach right outside our front door was amazing to look at and get to. We could walk right downtown to all the wonderful shops, coffees and foods.

We love this place! We used to stay on the south end of town until we found this on VRBO. We stayed a few months ago and loved it so much that we booked it again right away. Our dog loves being right on the beach and my wife loves that she only has to walk around the corner to be at all of the shops. The house is clean and well kept. We will be back again soon!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sand Castle! Great location, right in the middle of town and on the beach. The wild bunnies were a big hit with the kids! Arnold and Malia were super attentive and responsive. The house itself is very cute and kept very clean (unlike many other beach houses we have stayed at). This was our first time on the Oregon Coast and can’t wait to be back!

Perfect sunset viewing with a glass of wine and good friends. Location allowed the car to remain parked and could walk any and everywhere we wanted to go. Bakery for a treat and coffee, shopping for a few travel clothes for another trip, and just socializing the dogs because they are accepted in almost every store. It was a fabulous 3 day stay and the immaculate accommodations made it that much more enjoyable.

Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.

Sand Castle is a great family and pet friendly ocean front home in Cannon Beach. We love the laid back and relaxing feel of the home. The view is amazing!! Just steps to the ocean and Ecola Creek via a private walkway through the back yard. Our home is located in walking distance to all the great boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, and breweries in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The famous Haystack Rock is just a lovely stroll on the beach away.
