Facing the majestic Deshaies Bay, beautiful villa for 4/5 people. Private swimming pool on a large terrace facing the Island of Montserrat. You will be able to see magnificent sailboats, schooners, sloops, yachts and small fishermen returned to the port, guaranteed show !!
The village of Deshaies, within walking distance, many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, daily fresh fish, pharmacy, doctor ...
The beautiful beaches of coconut palms and fine sand are a few minutes by car, you also have the small bay at the foot of the villa to cool off in turquoise water and admire the many fish with your mask.
The villa is ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children or 2 couples, it is composed of two beautiful air-conditioned sea view rooms with each their bathroom shower and WC, plus a 3rd small alcove bedroom with a 90 bed also sea view A very well equipped full kitchen, a dining area and a very large living room, always with sea view.

We have just spent a very enjoyable week in this Deshaies villa. The views of the bay are outstanding. The villa is a unique design with an indoor area (with 2 air conditioned bedrooms), an outdoor living dining area around the pool, and an outdoor area which can become an indoor area by closing garage type doors. The villa was well equipped and the host's caretaker was very co-operative. The location is very good - very close to Deshaies and all the beaches, shops and restaurants in the area - although a car is likely necessary.

C'était notre second séjour à la Villa Pinta.La vue est toujours exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse d'où l'on a pu observer paquebots de croisière et voiliers au mouillage dans la baie de Deshaies.

Villa absolument charmante! Nous la recommandons fortement. La vue y est si belle que nous avons préféré prendre pratiquement tous nos soupers à la villa pour en profiter à fond. De plus, la cuisine est très bien équipée et les lits sont confortables. Nous avons réellement apprécié la piscine pour nous rafraîchir à la mi-journée entre deux activités ou à l’heure de l’apéro. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et réactifs. Nous les remercions à nouveau de nous partager leur magnifique coin de paradis!

superbe villa

Nous y avons sejourné 2 semaines en fev 2024. La villa est tres confortable. L'espace de vie exterieure (piscine cuisine et salon) sont petits mais super; piscine: petite et peu profonde mais parfaite pour se refraichir cuisine: petite mais tres bien équipée salon: divan, chaises longues et autres chaises toutes recouverte de coussins tres confos Les chambres sont bien; la clim est disposée a ce qu'elle ne gene pas notre sommeil. Le service est assuré par Jackie, une femme tout a fait charmante et tres efficace. Nous avons eu droit a une visite de bienvenue par M. Formont le proprietaire. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement cette villa qui possede une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Deshaies et nous pourvons vous assurer que cette villa est entretenue méticuleusement. Allez-y sans hésiter!!! Super vacances malgré une metéo un peu capricieuse!

Superbe villa avec vue magnifique

Villa en tout point conforme avec la description. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée par une amie du propriétaire (merci pour la délicate attention de la bouteille de planteur dans le frigo). Très belle situation au calme avec vue superbe sur la baie de Deshaies. Attention le bourg de Deshaies est très proche mais difficile d'y aller à pied en raison du dénivelé. Hâte de revenir !

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette belle villa. Tout est parfait.. L emplacement la vue les équipements,l accueil sympathique.. Nous avons même vu des baleines de la terrasse. Cela fait 3 fois que nous séjournons à la pointe batterie et c'est toujours un plaisir.. Allez y les yeux fermés !!

Wonderful

A fantastic holiday in wonderful accommodation in a superb location. Deshaies is the perfect place to base a holiday in Guadeloupe with lots of lovely restaurants and easy to travel around the rest of the islands. This accommodation has everything you need when self catering. The beds are so comfortable, the pool perfect for cooling down and relaxing in and the view is amazing. La villa correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La vue y est magnifique, on ne s’en lasse pas. Rien ne manque dans la villa, le confort y est appréciable. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter de la vue. Je recommande cette location qui est bien placée et non loin à pied du charmant village de Deshaies. Great Property and perfect location

We had a lovely time in Deshaies. The property is exactly as described. Waking up to that view each morning was wonderful. We are a family of 5 (older teen and adult children) and we had plenty of space to chill out. The property was well equipped and being able to walk down to the town was a definite advantage. We would definitely recommend a stay here

Très bien sauf la piscine

Le très bon accueil et la proposition de départ plus tardif que prevu ont été très appréciés. La maison est très agréable, au calme avec une belle vue mer. Le seul regret concerne la piscine très petite et très peu profonde (60cm). Nous ne l'avons pas utilisée plus de 5 minutes. Elle conviendrait sans doute à de très jeunes enfants.

Ein Wohlfühlhaus

Dieses karibische, weisse Holzhaus ist ein kleines Paradies. Der Blick von der schönen Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gutes Licht im Bad, bequeme Betten und schöne Sitz- bzw Relaxbereiche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat zwar nur zwei Kochplatten, reicht aber völlig aus. Toller Kühlschrank mit Wasserfilteranlage und Eismaschine. Schöne Beleuchtung im Aussenbereich für stimmungsvolle Abende auf der Terrasse. Der kleine Pool ist eher zum Erfrischen, als zum Schwimmen geeignet. Obwohl nicht allzu weit von der Hauptstraße, liegt das Haus absolut ruhig, nur die exotischen Grillen und Frösche geben allabendlich ein Konzert. Es handelt sich wirklich um ein alleinstehendes Haus auf separatem eigenem Grundstück, das auf Grund der üppigen Vegetation praktisch von den Nachbarhäusern nicht einsehbar ist. Die Zufahrt ist schmal aber durchgängig asphaltiert. Generell fühlt man sich auf Basse Terre mit einem Fahrzeug mit etwas mehr Bodenfreiheit besser.

Séjour agréable

Rien à redire sur cette location, nous y avons passé un séjour agréable malgré le confinement. De l’accueil au départ tout était bien. Le seul petit bémol, la piscine, qui est peu profonde , avec quelques jets d’eau ça pourrait faire un beau jaccuzi. 🙂

Très belle villa dans un cadre magnifique de la baie de Deshaies

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa "Pinta". Le quartier résidentiel de la pointe de la Batterie de Deshaies est très calme. La situation est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jackie à notre arrivée et nous avons pu la joindre très facilement pendant le séjour. L'équipement dans les chambres et les sanitaires est très satisfaisant. Dans la cuisine aussi, la plancha nous a été très utile en plus des plaques de cuisson électrique. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu (passage du pisciniste une fois par semaine). Nous avons malheureusement dû écourter notre séjour en raison des conditions sanitaires sur l'île et la mise en place du confinement. Le propriétaire Yves a été très compréhensif et nous a remboursé la deuxième semaine. Je conseille volontiers cette location. Merci
