Family villa with very large garden facing the sea and a 5-minute walk from Kernevest beach (sailing school and rental of dinghies and boards). Ideal house for holidays with family or friends.
The view is exceptional facing the entrance to the Trinity Channel on the sea and you will never tire of the spectacle of boats entering and leaving the port and spectacular sunsets.
The house is a large family house very well equipped with living room, dining room, large kitchen. 7 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 with 2 beds, 1 with 3 beds, 1 child's room with 1 bed) 4 bathrooms (2 with shower, 2 with bath). Garage. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, American fridge.

A beach stay with heart

This property was extremely well appointed- the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were lovely homely touches throughout, for example, children’s toys for the bath. It really felt like you were staying at a friends house. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day and using the bbq was fun and great for cooking for a large group such as ours. The caretaker, Sandra, was friendly and efficient to deal with, she was there when we arrived and when we left. We highly recommend this place to stay, it was the very essence of Brittany.

Magnifique maison en bord de chenal

Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir confié cette belle maison de famille.Quel plaisir de voir le défilé des bateaux et les couchers de soleil. Nous avons eu la chance de voir une biche et des écureuils dans le beau parc. Un lieu exceptionnel où nous avons passe une belle semaine entre amis. Très belles plages accessibles à pied.

Belle maison pour un groupe

Grande et belle maison, spacieuse pour notre groupe familial de tous âges. Bien équipée en quantité de vaisselle et électro-ménager même si le four est à changer. Beaucoup d’espace aussi à l’extérieur et vue magnifique. Beau site avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire aux alentours. Bémol sur la propreté. Vue d’ensemble propre mais il ne faut pas regarder dans les coins, derrière les canapés ou dans certains placards … Lits propres et confortables. Certains pièces sont vraiment à rénover (salles de bains) à mon avis. Attention aussi à certaines barres à rideaux qui se descellent (salon), ce qui peut être dangereux. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir loué cette maison. Les points négatifs que je souligne sont bienveillants et visent à l’amélioration.

Außergewöhnliches Haus in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage

Wunderschönes großes und gemütliches Familienhaus auf einem riesigen Grundstück in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Man kommt in Versuchung nur auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den zahlreichen Seglern zuzusehen, obwohl es in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen und entdecken gibt. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht.

St Philibert heeft het potentieel voor een heerlijke vakantie met een groep van 12 pp

De locatie en ligging van het huis waren prima. De ontvangst was snel met zeer weinig tijd om alles te overlopen en na te kijken. Bij het in gebruik nemen van de kamers viel op dat de meeste sanitaire delen niet netjes was; erg vuil en afgeleefd. Lichten in de badkamers die het niet deden. Ik heb er wat foto's van. Het raam in de living heeft een prachtig zicht op zee, maar het raam was zeer veel vuil….In het contract staat een bedrag van 150 Euro voor poetsen. We kunnen niet geloven dat er voor onze komst voor dat bedrag is gepoetst. In het huishoudelijk reglement van de eigenares dat we per mail ontvingen vraag ze bovendien om nog zelf de menage te doen. We konden dat regelen met de persoon die ons de sleutel bezorgde. We hebben haar dan extra 50 Euro betaald. In sommige kamers zeer weinig bergruimte. In 1 kast lagen een vuile onderbroek en kousen van de vorige huurders. Tijdens de nacht wakker geworden van een vervelend lawaai. Er bleek in de vuilbak een muis te zitten die er niet op eigen kracht uit kon. Hoe ze er in is geraakt?? De keuken was zeer goed uitgerust. Voldoende huisraad, bestek.... maar we huurden voor 12 pp. Noch aan de tafel binnen noch aan de tafel buiten was er voldoende plaats om samen te zitten. Besluit: een huis met zeer veel potentieel voor een groep van 12 pp maar de netheid kan beter en ook voldoende eetplaatsen voorzien voor 12 pp. Niettegenstaande hebben we allemaal genoten van deze vakantie. De omgeving en groep waren super.

Super maison très pratique et avec une superbe vue mer!

Nous avons passé une super semaine à 5 couples d amis avec bébés. La maison est très pratique, très grande, bien équipée et sur bien située pour faire des ballades aux alentours. Il y a toutes les commodités à côté et le plage à 10 min à pied.
