Charming little house of 50 mÂČ with 3 rooms: American kitchen / living room opening onto a terrace and a private garden, 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs (one with double bed and the other with two pull-out single beds). Shower room with shower and WC.

All comfort: private parking space, closed bicycle shelter (two city bikes available), barbecue, garden furniture, TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, high chair, travel cot and baby bath on request.
Possibility of a linen package and an additional cleaning package.

Ideal location: 500 m from the city center, 700 m from the cycle path, 2 km from the beach.

Saint Jorioz is located on the west shore of Lake Annecy, 10 km from the latter. A cycle path runs along the entire west bank and part of the east bank. The region offers many outdoor activities: swimming and water activities on the lake (sailing, water skiing, pedal boating ...), hiking, canyoning ... It is also a very popular region for cycling.

Saint Jorioz est une petite ville agréable et tranquille enn bordure du lac d'Annecy. Notre location était un peu retirée mais non loin du centre ville. C'est aussi le point de départ de nombreuses excursions autour du lac. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et serons ravies d'y revenir.

5 angenehme Tage am Lac d'Annecy

Zu zweit hatten wir in dem kleinen (aber feinen) HĂ€uschen mehr als genug Platz und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Dennoch will ich als besonders angenehm hervorheben: - Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. - Bei der KĂŒcheneinrichtung und den GerĂ€ten haben wir nichts vermisst. - Große Terrasse mit Holzbeplankung mit direktem Zugang zur KĂŒche zum Essen und Chillen (LiegestĂŒhle). - Sehr angenehme Aufenthalte im kleinen Bad, alles funktionier gut, insbesondere die Armaturen. - Sehr bequemes Bett. - Super praktisch: Abschließbarer Schuppen zum Unterstellen unserer FahrrĂ€der. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen wollen. .

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon week-end (3 nuits) dans cette charmante maison de St Jorioz. Ce court séjour avait pour but un rassemblement familial à l'occasion d'une premiÚre communion. Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. La météo était parfaite, contrairement aux prévisions annoncées ! Bref, nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps et nous remercions Caroline et Loïc Le Quellec, nos hÎtes, qui se sont montrés trÚs accueillants et à l'écoute. Encore une fois, merci à eux. Nous renouvellerons trÚs certainement l'expérience lorsque l'occasion se présentera.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette maison petite mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil, la situation de la maison (proche des tous les commerces Ă  pied, 5 min de la plage de st Jorioz en voiture, 15-20 min d’Annecy en voiture), le jardin avec le petit barbecue. TrÚs agréable petite maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la petite maison de Loïc et Caroline. Elle est située au calme et à deux pas de là, on a une trÚs belle vue sur les montagnes (la Tournette, en particulier). Une jolie promenade mÚne au lac en 30 minutes à pied ou moins de 5 minutes en voiture. La maison est fonctionnelle, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Merci pour tout !

Pratique pour des vacances au bord du lac d'Annecy

Maison conforme Ă  la description. TrĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec tout le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un bon sĂ©jour (Four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, torchons, assiettes, couverts, poĂȘles, casseroles,....) Environnement trĂšs calme, idĂ©ale pour passer de bonnes nuits et se reposer. Petit point nĂ©gatif en ce qui concerne le trajet pour se rendre sur Annecy. Peut de kilomĂštres mais beaucoup de bouchons. Nous sommes venus en Juillet, c'est ce qui peut expliquer les bouchons. Je recommande tout de mĂȘme cette location, pour un couple seule ou avec un enfant qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances proche du lac d'Annecy.
