Welcome to our peaceful, renovated lake house on a beautiful, deep water cove of Fort Loudoun in Louisville , only 20 minutes from West Knoxville, Downtown and UT. This home offers 3,000 sf, quartz countertops, LVP flooring, sunroom and two living spaces! You'll love the large gently sloping lot, covered dock and sea wall for fishing and swimming. You're only minutes away from shopping, dining and around the corner from the Louisville Marina while feeling away from it all.
The space
This home offers so much space! With over 3,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room for everyone. Each level has its own living space. The upstairs features a family room, dining area, game area with foosball table and wet bar. The downstairs has a full kitchen, family room, dining room and laundry room, plus a sunroom looking out to the water. Our amazing lake lot is gently sloping down to the water, with no steps to the dock. Families and friends will enjoy spreading out on over an acre of land with peaceful views of the lake. You'll enjoy privacy while being close to shopping and dining options.

Perfect Labor Day vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is really nice, with everything you need to have a great time at the lake in the Knoxville area. Host is great. Convenience of the location is hard to beat; would definitely book again if going back to the area.

Great stay!

We had a wounderful time at the house. Our group was playing for the Big Ears festival, and we had a few days off after our show. It was nice to relax out of the city, by the river! Enough room for 7 people and a lot of nice spaces to hang outside!

Easter visit

Our daughter attends UT and we wanted a place that had a vacation feel on the water yet close enough to visit her in town and participate in campus events. This was perfect. Everyone had a great time. The rental was spacious and had a great outdoor space to enjoy.

Louisville Lakefront House with Firepit, Covered Pavilion and Boat Dock

We had an awesome time at this lakefront house!! We stayed here with family for graduation from UTK, and the house and location were great for our needs. It is close to UTK, the airport, tons of shopping, tourist spots, and everything in Knoxville. We also got to discover Maryville which is nearby, and that seemed like a great town, too! The house is well stocked with everything one might need. Overall, it was clean, but a few spots inside needed dusting. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The showers and water pressure were great. The towels were soft and cozy. The hot water lasted from shower to shower! The central air kept the house cool, and every room has a ceiling fan which was a bonus!!! There were a ton of spaces inside to hang out, and my family loved the foosball gaming space. We used every area and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The fire pit was awesome to use at night. We just needed some fire pit tongs to manage the firewood in the pit. The covered pavilion and barbecue area were great, too, though it could have used a little blowout and cleaning before we arrived. The walkway from the house to the covered pavilion and to the fire pit needs more lighting and a steadier pathway, but overall, it was a cool space to hang out in!!! We loved the dock, and got in some fishing, so that was a bonus!!! We had a great time, and would recommend this house and would consider it again should we return to the area and need to stay with a large group.
