Flat, wooded and closed garden: approximately 1000 m2, View of Landes Forest; Note: one of the 2 bedrooms + bathroom + WC + terrace are independent from the rest of the house (same building but separate entrance). Ocean 10 mins by bike, pool 5 mins. All amenities 5 minutes by bike.
