Très bel appartement, point de vue équipement, il ne manque rien, en plus proche des restaurants et du bord de mer, la gare à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La personne qui nous a accueillis est tràs serviable, les propriétaires Martine et Patrick Richard, que j’ai contactés par téléphone, sont très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L' appartement est très bien placé et très bien équipé .La vue est magnifique, la proximité des commerces et des transports fait que l on peut laisser son véhicule dans le garage fermé en toute sécurité. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und mit den Bussen (15 min Fußweg) kommt man schnell und einfach für 1,50€ nach Nizza, mit den Zug für 10€ ( Hin- und Rückfahrt) an der Küste entlang nach Cannes. Die FeWo hat 2 Balkone, wir genossen es sehr, auf dem gr Balkon mit Blick über die Rennbahn und dem Meer zu frühstücken, ansonsten aßen wir auswärts. Das Auto konnten wir in der Garage parken. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Soggiorno piacevole, la casa si presenta come nelle foto, non sembra un appartamento da affittare, in quanto c'è veramente tutto a anche di più oltre l'immaginazione, come se fosse la propria seconda casa. E' molto spaziosa, vicina al mare e ai negozi. A noi sono piaciuti molto gli spazi che offre, essendo una famiglia.Bella vacanza nonostante lo spettro del Covid.

La location est très bien située à 150 m de la plage et 300 m du centre ville où tous les commerces sont présents. Le logement est très agréable avec vue sur la baie de Villeneuve Loubet et du Fort d'Antibes ainsi que de l’hippodrome. Il est très bien équipé avec une douche et il ne manque aucun équipement électroménager, il y a même une machine à café NESPRESSO . Nous avons passer un agréable séjour. Le bord de mer est aménagé pour faire de longue bsallades à pieds ou à vélo. C'est un logement que je recommande surtout qu'il y a aussi un garage en sous sol.

Très bon séjour à Cagnes/Mer du 27/06 au 11/07

Appt agréable, parfaitement équipé, climatisation, literie de très bonne qualité, garage et résidence sécurisée, belle vue du balcon (mer à gauche montagnes à droite et hyppodrome en face), seul bémol, la circulation un peu bruyante. ce bruit est très atténué par les doubles baies vitrées. Situation géographique idéale, plages et commerces à proximité, accessibles à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, (propriétaires disponibles) et n'avons rencontré aucun problème durant notre séjour.
