A living room of approximately 25 m2 with fitted kitchen area, lounge area with 32-inch flat screen TV and 3-seater convertible sofa fitted with a 160 cm wide thick mattress of very high quality allowing daily sleeping without marigold, a storage cabinet, 3 poufs. A bathroom with walk-in shower, basin unit and heated towel rail and a toilet with basin unit all in a modern style so that the people living there feel good. The garden is approximately 120 m2 not overlooked, south-facing facade, sunbathing, barbecue and garden furniture depending on the season. Attention: Out of respect for people who may have an allergy to animals, they are not allowed in the house and the house is not suitable for receiving more than 6 people including a baby. The house is non-smoking.
