Le point fort de cette location est la proximité avec la plage de monsieur Hulot et ses bars de plage et ses commerces de proximites Le point faible est la circulation qui rend les nuits parfois compliquées

Très bonne location

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et de la plage. La terrasse est très agréable et la propreté remarquable. Yvan et Sylvie ont été très disponibles et sympathiques. Les seules remarques à faire seraient la rue assez passante (mais un double vitrage assez efficace), ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur peut être un peu petit pour plus de deux personnes. Sinon, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Bon séjour à St Marc petite cité balnéaire que nous connaissons très bien

L'appartement est très agréable, malgré la rue passante. Tout est propre, l'accueil par les propriétaires fut bon, chaleureux. un bémol, mais pas dû aux propriétaires: pas d'internet pendant toute la durée du séjour ! il faudrait ajouter quelques saladiers et récipients de cuisine, une carafe pour l'eau. Les plaques électriques marchent bien mais c'est énergivore ! une plaque à induction 2 feux, ce n'est pas cher et économe en énergie. Merci. Aube

Accueil sympathique. Propriétaires à l'écoute, disponibles et réactifs. Location très agréable, très propre. Grande terrasse appréciable. Logement bien placé par rapport à la plage, aux sentiers de randonnée et au petit centre ville : tout à pieds ! Un léger bémol cependant en ce qui concerne les bruits de la route et les grincements de plancher du voisin du dessus, voisin par ailleurs très discret : malheureusement, des bruits non maîtrisables... mais puisqu'on me demande mon avis, je le donne totalement ! :-)

an enjoyable stay

We have stayed in both apartments of Yvan & Sylvie, and have no problem in recommending their use to anyone. On the plus side, both apartments have an outside table and seating area, facing due south, and gets the sun all day. They are clean, and are adequately stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is satellite international tv, and an excellent internet feed. The local village has a small supermarket, which sells everything, and a bread shop - whose products are superb !! There is a local market 2 times per week, for fresh produce. There are also some restaurants and bars. The beach itself, is kept clean, and is a blue flag beach. On the negative side, there is no washing machine in the studio. There is a reasonable bus service through the village, but for convenience, you will really need a car.

Aucun d'ustensile de cuisine, Casserole, poêle fiable , pas de plat pour faire un peu de cuisine , pas de four, un Micro Onde désuet, pas de congélateur tout petit frigidaire et surtout un inventaire hallucinant ; 4 pages avec le nombre de rayures sur les meubles et les tables ; ainsi que le nombre de vis et de chevilles avec la marque "MOLY" etc etc etc ... incroyable .... Vous entendez les voisins du dessus plus que votre voisin de Plage .... Enfin, tout sauf cette location....

Séjour très agréable

Comme nous étions deux couples et une enfant, Yvan et Sylvie nous ont aussi loués le studio mitoyen à l’appartement. Nous avons ainsi bénéficié d’un espace confortable, très bien aménagé et décoré. La grande terrasse sous son store-banne est une vraie pièce à vivre parfaitement exposée plein Sud. Tout étant à côté de nous, nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser notre voiture. La plage toute proche de Mr Hulot est grande, belle, très bien entretenue et surtout bien surveillée pour les enfants. Yvan et Sylvie ont été accueillants et nous ont très bien conseillés. Un seul bémol : une journée à Nantes sous la pluie…

Excellente location

Nous avons loué cet appartement à l’année avant qu’il ne soit refait à neuf. Lumineux, très propre et très bien agencé, il nous a donné entière satisfaction. Idéalement placé dans le centre de St Marc sur Mer, nous avons apprécié d’être à deux pas de tous les commerces : boulangeries, supermarchés, tabac presse, agence postale, pharmacie, le marché tous les jeudis et dimanches ainsi que de nombreux restaurants dont plusieurs à des prix très abordables. Ne possédant pas de voiture, nous avons apprécié de même d’être bien desservi par les lignes de bus pour nous rendre à Saint-Nazaire fréquemment et régulièrement à La Baule. La plage de M. Hulot, toute proche aussi de l’appartement, est parfaite pour les familles. Surveillée pendant tout l’été, elle bénéficie d’une excellente exposition et on peut s’y baigner à marée basse comme à marée haute. D’autres plages fort sympathiques sont à découvrir dans les alentours (La Courance, Le Grand Traict, Les Jaunais…). L’esprit village et l’authenticité de cette petite station balnéaire nous a vraiment enchanté. Pour tout cela et pour les excellentes relations que nous avons entretenu avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons sans restriction cette location.
