Bright and well thought out, this 28 m² studio on the 1st and last floor of a small residence has all the makings of an ideal cocoon for a getaway as a couple or a rejuvenating solo stay.
Exposure is to enjoy the morning sun.

A wooded path leads you in 8 minutes on foot to the beach of La Courance. Continue your walk 7 minutes to the beach of Monsieur Hulot.

Clean, welcoming and well-equipped, the studio can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 young child.

Comfortable bed (140×200), sofa as an extra bed for a possible 3rd occupant.
A travel cot can be provided on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook on holiday: hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, everything is there.

Washing machine included for longer stays.

On foot, by bike, by public transport or by car!

A locked bicycle garage is at your disposal.

C'est la deuxième année consécutive que je loue : le studio est propre, bien meublé et on a disposition tout ce dont on a besoin ( notamment le linge de lit et de maison ). Propriétaire très réactive et prix très raisonnable. Je recommande .

Bonjour, Le studio est en effet simple mais bien équipé et au calme. Des équipements ont été remplacés depuis l'été 2025: plaques de cuisson, four et frigo neuf. Un ventilateur est également à disposition. Je suis désolée que votre séjour n’est pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Bonne continuation. Emilie
