Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Bénédicte et Thomas. Très bien équipée et chaleureuse, nous y avons passé des vacances très agréables. Nous avon de plus était très bien accueilli avec de charmantes attentions. Je recommande vivement. Seul petit bemol, les travaux de construction en face mais ceux ci sont bientôt terminés.

Tres belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et tres fonctionnelle. Conçue pour accueillir des enfants et vivre facilement un séjour balnéaire (garage pour ranger les affaires de plage) L'emplacement est idéal (proche de la mer et du centre). À louer sans tarder!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cette maison d'une grande propreté avec un parfait équipement et une décoration très soignée sans oublier la terrasse, le jardin et la proximité de la plage. L'accueil "on ne peut plus sympathique" a été également très apprécié.

Vrai Bauloise, refaite et joliment décorée

Propre, refaite à neuf avec une jolie décoration très actuelle. La terrasse est très agréable et privative. Entre Lajarrige et De Gaulle , avec des vélos tout est à quelques minutes seulement. La plage est au coin de la rue!

Vraie maison bauloise, refaite à neuf avec goût

La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est joliment décorée (très actuelle) et assez proche des marchés (Lajarrige et de Gaulle), à 5 mn à pieds (sans se presser!) de la plage et d'une possibilité de location/enseignement de bateaux. L' allée cavalière permet de partir explorer l'arrière pays très rapidement. Deux clubs de tennis sont aussi à très courte distance. Louer des vélos est quand même conseillé pour vraiment profiter de la Baule. La terrasse permet de déjeuner au choix à l'ombre et/ou au soleil, elle jouxte la cuisine et la salle à manger et donne une vrai impression de vacances et d'espace privatif. La maison est entourée d'un petit jardin, suffisant pour isoler la maison et être une "villa", il ne permet toutefois pas d'y manger ou de s'y prélasser. L' agréable terrasse compense utilement. Le barbecue est remplacé par la plancha électrique, socialement plus acceptable ... La maison est une vrai bauloise, refaite à neuf. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Excellent séjour passé en famille dans cette villa Bauloise ... Tout le confort souhaité, une mention spéciale pour la décoration raffinée et l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Emplacement idéal à 150 m de la plage, situé à 10mn à pied des rues commerçantes de la Baule. N'hésitez pas à louer cette maison !
