Located in the Oltrarno area of Florence, away from the touristy part of the city, this apartment is the half part of a bigger apartment of 85 sqm. You can rent the whole apartment or only this half part which is perfect for 2 people + anotherperson in the sofa bed. The bigger apartment (Real Taste of Tuscany top apartment) can be rented when it is not rented this part.
At the first floor of an old building (20 stairs) it has 3 windows on the Via Maffia street and it is composed by a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed + a room with dryer and washing machine in case.
The price is for 3 people so if you are in 6 people, you need to rent the whole Top apartment and the price will be the double.
