"Serenity By The Shore" Bring the whole family and unwind in our 2200 SF Island Park Home featuring 5 Bed and 4 full Bathrooms. Home is located on second row, just a short walk to the ocean. Recent amenities include exterior siding/paint, all windows in home, HVAC, interior paint, LVP wood flooring throughout home (other than stairs), stainless steel appliances, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, W/D, Weber propane grill, outdoor furniture, picnic table, hammock, and more! Absolutely no smoking or pets.

First Floor (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) - Master suite with queen bed and en suite bathroom and 42 inch flatscreen TV. Second bedroom features queen bed with workstation desk setup with printer/scanner for those who can't totally get away from work, and 32 inch flatscreen TV.

Second Floor (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) - Master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom. 37 inch flat-screen TV. Second bedroom features queen bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV. Third bedroom features queen bed and sofabed suitable for young adults or small children. Pack and Play located in this bedroom in closet. Third bedroom has a variety of games, books, puzzles, or bring your video game system to connect to the flatscreen.

Great room/Family room offers two couches and one loveseat, 55-inch flatscreen. Wi-Fi high speed internet throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and additional amenities including: Kuerig coffee maker, Panini/Griddler, Ice Cream Maker, Microwave, Popcorn maker. Dining Room table with seating for 8, plus 2 bar-stools. Convenient full size washer and dryer with touchscreen controls on main floor.

Main Level Deck with table, 4 chairs and umbrella to listen to the waves roll in or to have dinner with the family. Smaller deck on front of property as well.

The ground floor under the home has a outdoor relaxation area with picnic table, swing, hanmock, two chairs, small table, Weber propane grill, and large beach toy box for the kids. The home also has a large, private H/C water outdoor shower and changing room. Parking under the house can accommodate 2 cars (parking allowed on right side only). There is ample parking right across the street in a private community area.

The walk to the beach access is 300 steps from the property. One of the two community pools is directly beside the property and is steps away. Huge side yard great for tossing football, soccer, corn hole (set included in large box under house) or a game of bocce! Complimentary umbrella, four beach chairs, and beach cart for our guests!

You will have access to the entire home and amenities of the Island Park including two pools (one adjacent to house) and dock for launching small vessels such as kayaks, SUP's, canoes, fishing, etc. The dock is a short walk toward the sound. We also include one umbrella, 4 chairs, and a beach cart to transport anything you need to take to the beach.

The main door and back door are accessible via key-pad entry, and keyed deadbolts for additional security.

Linens including fitted sheet, sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels/set included in the price. This cannot be removed as we prepay for the season.

First Aid kit located under the kitchen sink. Breaker boxes located in the "office" bedroom behind the door.

Perfect sized house.

This house was the perfect size for our family. Great common areas and very clean. Porches are nice for afternoon beverages and the walk to the beach was nothing! We loved it!

Great location at a great beach

Our family trip to Ocean Isle Beach was extremely fun and memorable and that is largely due to this house and how great of a host Joseph was. The house is conveniently located near the community pool and is only a short walk to the beach. We will strongly consider renting this house in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, and so attractively decorated. The location was close to the beach - we could hear the ocean sounds, and see part of the water. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful! We will return!

Wine-ing about The Serenity House

The Serenity house was very clean! We really appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys. Our family liked the swimming pool’s location plus the quick walk to the beach. The decks were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The owners were easily accessible to answer our questions. We’ll be back to the Serenity House!

Wedding Week Bliss

We were in OIB for a Fri wedding so made it a Sun-Sun family trip. This property was great, and as advertised. The use of their 2 umbrellas, chairs and wagon made getting and enjoying the beach even more. Enjoyed use of outdoor grille and a couple OIB restaurants as well. Joseph was very attentive and we had no issues that detracted from an otherwise great, relaxing week.

Fabulous week in this wonderful vacation home!

Everything was PERFECT in this beautiful, well-outfitted beach cottage for our family of 8 (including two little ones). The description was spot-on. We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location in proximity to the beach (a 4 min walk), pool (30 sec walk), and the beach equipment that was available for our use was perfect! The home was well-stocked and had everything we needed for the week. We were surprised that there were no lounge chairs at the pool (maybe this is common at OIB - we are first timers). However, with such a close walk and a wagon provided, it was no big deal to take our own. The outdoor space underneath the home/by the parking area is also very nice. It is shielded from the rain, so it offers a nice place for kids to play in the event that the weather isn’t great. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great week at Ocean Isle beach!

The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had 8 people and everyone had their own space when needed. Very well stocked kitchen which is good for us since we cook in every night. Lots of good outside space with porches, swing and hammock (nice breeze below on a hot sunny day). Outside shower was awesome and good beach chairs, umbrellas provided. Loved the game room selection and lots of books to choose from for a beach read. It is a bit if a walk to the beach but worth it. Communication with owner was quick and he was happy to answer all my inquiries. We haven’t been back to Ocean Isle for a few years, happy that we decided to make a return visit!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Thanks to the Deacon family for the opportunity to share their OIB getaway! This home provides all you need to show up and enjoy the ease of this quiet section of the South Brunswick beaches. Great time at Ocean Isle with our family!

Been renting at Ocean Isle for over 35 years and never had a better well stocked kitchen and an assortment of beach equipment. The owner did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable and was very easy to answer questions and requests the best he could.

Favorite house on Ocean Isle

We have been traveling to Ocean Isle Beach for the last twenty years. This house is by far our favorite! It is a short easy walk to the beach, the pool is only a few steps away and the outside has a nice area underneath the house to relax. The inside of the house is very spacious and has all that your family will need for a wonderful vacation. Thank you to the Deacon family for sharing your house with us!

we enjoyed our stay at ocean isle beach. the beach access was within 5 minutes and the pool was 1 minute away. great for our grandkids when not wanting to deal with the total beach thing. Owners home was very clean and decorated nicely. all the beds were very comforable. would recommend
