Sea Grace is located in the popular community of Seacrest Beach 3 minutes away from the beach. This charming 4 bedroom, with a bonus room, 4 bath home offers an inviting open floor plan with the main living area, dining and kitchen on the second floor.  Situated at the front of the community this elegant home offers the best of both worlds - close to the beach and also just steps away from the stunning 12,000 sq ft resort style pool Seacrest is known for. Hungry? You are just quick stroll from some of the best dining along Scenic 30A in Rosemary Beach. Grab coffee in Alys and a drink at Neat.



Entering the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms.  A king bedroom with private balcony and en suite bath on your right. Common area with stairwell entryway and on the left a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, en suite bath, and private balcony.

This common area includes a Full-size bed with a pull-out single trundle.



The second floor is the hub of the home with, living, dining and kitchen area, open and spacious with all you need to hang with your crew or entertain others who might be at the beach also.  This floor has one king bedroom, private balcony and has a shared full bathroom.



This room also has 2 twin beds and its own private balcony.



When you are ready to explore, you don't have to go far for awesome shopping and dining venues in neighboring Rosemary and Alys Beach.

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and in a great location, but it needs some updates, especially with basic equipment. The cleaning wasn't great, as the washing machine had mold and didn’t work. Overall, it was a great experience despite these issues.

Park the car and put away the keys. Close walk to mega Seacrest pool and to the beach as well. We have 3.5 year old twin girls so this was important. Right on 30A, no issue with noise. Grilling on the deck and watch the activity go by.

Worst checkin process

Asked to see if by any chance they had early check in and they responded by saying do not call to seek updates. Early checkin is not happening and they didn’t approve of us calling to ask either. House had many issues and had to calm maintenance as soon as we checked in so it was frustrating. You'd also except a clean house but the floor was so dirty. Won’t recommend it except the location was perfect.

Amazing Find! Spectacular Home, Perfect Location

This home is ideally located right on 30A. It's a short walk to both the beach and the shops and restaurants of Seacrest and Rosemary. When we arrived, we found the home sparkling clean and property very well maintained. The house is as described, very spacious with three floors including a view of the ocean from the top balcony. The furnishings and decor were charming with a beach theme throughout and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed using the bicycles that were provided and not having to bring our own or rent, to ride around and explore the area. The neighborhood also has an amazing swimming pool that is very large with a giant fountain and plenty of seating. There are lifeguards on duty which is great for small children and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the house. Close but not too close where you have the noise. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Warning - Terrible beach access!

Our family of 9 spent a week at this home. First of all, the home was nice, the location was great, we loved the bikes and the location to the pool was very convenient. Our biggest issue was the terrible beach access. They literally partitioned off 240' of beach access and half of that they covered with rental chairs and umbrellas. The rest of the 120' of beach access was supposed to be used by all 300+ houses in the Seacrest neighborhood plus one other complex. It was literally jam packed with people, plus you could not bring a beach tent. People were literally vying for spots at 6am. We ended up driving to the beach so we could have space and use our beach canopy for shade. I feel like this set up should have been conveyed in the description so we could have made an informed choice.

A lovey home in terrible condition!

It is so unfortunate that this property is in such terrible condition because you can tell this once was a very lovely property. It has a great layout and is in a prime location however it is evident that the property management company is not putting in even the minimum amount of effort to keep the property in good condition. Upon check in, we noted dead bugs on the kitchen counter, mold growing from the ceiling air return vents with condensation leaking onto the floor, large crumbs of food seen visibly under the couch, dead bugs in the window sills and showers. To make matters even worse, one evening an enormous cockroaches flew across the living room and another was spotted crawling across the floor in a downstairs bedroom. When informed of the condition of the property, the management company offered to send housekeeping but it was evident that the job required more than just routine housekeeping. We were so glad our stay was only two nights, as we will certainly never book a stay at a property managed by this company again! Future renters beware!

Great location but house not ideal

Seacrest Beach is a great place to get away. There are a few things to note about the house. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas. If you want chairs and sun protection you will need to rent chairs on the beach. This adds a lot to the vacation costs. There were several problems with the house- outlets in the bathrooms don’t work so it’s very hard to style your hair! We called maintenance and they sent two different people who were not able to fix this problem. One doorknob to an outside porch was nearly falling off when we arrived. Maintenance was able to fix this. The room descriptions and beds were confusing to us. We thought there was an additional bedroom but when we arrived we learned they counted the upstairs room with two twin beds as a bedroom. Lastly, the porches are very small with seating for two people on each one. This was not conducive for socializing with our family members. The heated pool they mention was not heated. That was also a disappointment. The bikes were in Terrible shape too. One had a seat that was broken so our family of four was not able to ride together.

Absolutely a terrible stay from the second we checked in. House was dirty with alive and dead flying ants everywhere. On the walls, floors and counters. Furniture is filthy!! Mattresses were sagging. Showers not cleaned with hair still on the floor. We sent pictures to the management company and no response until we called several times the next day. They sent out a cleaning girl to try to remove the dead ants. Then we had 2 MASSIVE roaches!!! Called to talk to the manager to try to get our money back or move...NO RESPONSE. 2 days into our stay we get a generic response that the manager is away until Monday. Asked for them to call us. Still no communication with them. We own rental properties and would be APALLLED if this is how the management company treated guests and the lack of cleanliness for the home. Smudges on cabinets, walls with black finger prints, trim work dirty and in need of paint. Terrible linens. Do not believe the positive reviews here unless you check all the other platforms this house is on. So disappointing and absolutely not acceptable.

Perfect location Between Alys/ Rosemary

This is the perfect location between Alys and Rosemary Beach tiny towns AND walk across street to beach. Pretty much most nights’ end was spent listening to musicians in Peddler’s Pavillion in the Seacrest Beach tiny town. The house itself was clean and nicely renovated. I also liked that there were a ton of towels for a whole week (if you didn’t want to do laundry). Having the bikes were a huge plus! Some favorites in the little Seacrest Square : the Starbucks,,LaCo Mexican (we went 2 X) , the sundry shop fairly reasonable, the craft beer bar next to it, the Surf Style souvenirs shop has reasonable clothing. In Rosemary Beach: La Crema, Pescado’s. In Alys Beach: Raw & Juicy and OMG - please go to Citizen and also Neat (a tasting bar). Really love this particular week in May 14-21. Not so very crowded. Also important to know that the beach chair companies are not as strict about not allowing smaller beach chairs around your bought beach chairs. Hope that sanity prevails.

The house location is great but the neighborhood was VERY busy with teenagers. We brought a few teens ourselves and wouldn't recommend this neighborhood unless you're looking for your blood pressure to rise at night. :-) The pool is not heated and WAY TOO COLD to enjoy in April. The freezing pool was very disappointing given the Gulf is still too cold too. The house is lovely and an easy walk to the beach but the beach is VERY crowded. Very little room for the amount of people in the neighborhood. We won't be returning for Spring Break week.

Great Seacrest location

Beautiful three story home with multiple porches and decks. Nicely furnished and multiple flat tv’s throughout. Three full bathrooms and four nice bikes. Kitchen has modern appliances and everything you might need. Barbecue grill should be replaced but it did work okay. We were a multi-generation family totaling eleven people and home still felt spacious

This location was perfect - close to Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach, short walk to the ocean on Seacrest beach and access to the very nice pool. We rode bikes just about everywhere and really didn’t need to drive except when visiting Seaside/Watercolor. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely rent again!

Stop looking, you have found the PERFECT rental!

We had the most amazing vacation at Sea Grace! 1) The house is very clean, well decorated, very comfortable (the beds/linens/pillows must be new), and well stocked (everything you need in the kitchen to cook for your friends and family). 2) Location - whether you want to go to the beach (just across 30A, this house is the closest to the beach in the neighborhood), to the resort style pool (which even has a snack bar for lunch!), or to shopping and restaurants in nearby Rosemary. Park your cars in the private parking spots and leave them, it is a short walk to everything. 3) Quiet and Private - while this house is close to everything it felt very private and was quiet - we could not hear any noise from the road or neighborhood. 4) Great set up for a group - we had 4 adults and 5 teens. The multi-level accommodations spread our group out so it was very comfortable, and the bed set up was perfect - two girls in the twins on the top floor, two boys in the queens in a bottom level bedroom, one boy in the alcove queen, and each couple in the two king bedrooms. In summary, great vacation at Sea Grace. Perfect location and set up for a group. Go and ENJOY!

Sea Grace was an excellent choice for our end of summer family getaway.

Our three adult children joined us for this trip. The house was clean and welcoming. The spaces were well defined and gave couples privacy while having common areas to gather. We enjoyed the views and were able to easily get to the beach and pool. It was truly a special family memory we will share for years to come.
