The place was nice and clean. The river was a little further away than the picture lead on. Had trouble with key code, had tocall in for correct code. Nice, quite, and she loved the hot tub.

Family of 3 getaway

We had the best experience! We loved the cozy cabin and river nearby. The fire pit was also excellent. Tons to do only about 25 minutes away! We hope to come back one day!

Great weekend getaway!

The cabin was so cozy, my three friends and I felt like it was a good amount of space for us. The hot tub was great, everything was clean, the location was beautiful. We had plenty of things to do around Luray, and we will definitely be back in the summer!

Great mountain getaway

Cabin was clean and equipped with hot tub, directv, grill, and firepit. Close to luray and shenandoah national park. No cellphone signal, so be prepared to spend your time enjoying nature

A peaceful getaway!

This was the perfect weekend getaway from the city for my little family. The cabin itself was minimal but so cozy and in the most gorgeous setting. The hot tub added another level of relaxation for us parents! Our toddler and dog also had a relaxing time and the river nearby is just gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Great get away vacation

This is our second year renting this cabin for our anniversary. The cabin and property are great, it feels very secluded but also an easy drive into Luray. We bring both of our dogs with us and they love being outside all weekend. It’s right on the river, perfect for fishing and kayaking. The hot tub was a wonderful addition this year. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Loved it!

Very cozy little cabin with a great hot tub and a quick walk down to the river. I loved the grill and the fire pit. It was such a nice little romantic getaway. I didn’t look carefully to see that there is no wifi so make sure to be aware of that. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin with all the amenities!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin with all the amenities. The cabin was very clean. The fire pit is directly in front of the cabin. It was so nice to have a clean shower and toilet as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We are already planning to return next year for a longer stay. Thank you!

Birthday getaway

We were looking for something right on the river to relax. It rained on Friday and Sunday so move in and out was fun, but Saturday was beautiful. We tooks walks and literally sat by the river. We enjoyed the hot tub, one of the things we wanted. The cabin is a rustic cabin and had just what was needed. No oven but microwave and stove top did the trick. Was able to get a hold of host as needed, only once, and check out was easy.

Rustic get away

Loved the hot tub. Caught a monster smallie. Very nice house. Only two downsides no internet or Wi-Fi. Last two miles of the road not currently paved. Great for someone trying to get “off the grid”. We loved the rafting but you may want to consider giving a discount to people who rent property from you.

Wonderful spot to disconnect from the world

This cabin by the Shenandoah river was peaceful, and the scenery is beautiful. The cabin is well appointed with firewood, and the hot tub is great. My only issue was with the beds. The futon frame was broken, so folding it flat wasn't possible, and the upper bunk of the bed is very narrow with an uncomfortable mattress. There is no wifi, and Verizon cellular coverage is non-existent, so be prepared to truly disconnect from the world. We went a canoe trip w/ Shenandoah River Outfitters, and that was an excellent time.

Very Remote

This cabin was small but very nice; however, it's very remote and there's no wifi service. When you receive the written confirmation, they tell you that you have to provide your own towels and sheets. We flew from Oregon so didn't have those things. They were nice enough to provide sheets for an additional charge and a quick stop to Dollar General got us cheap towels.

Place and location is great!

Location: It’s a great location, really close to LURAY. We had only one problem, we couldn’t find the cabin at first. It took us 1h to find the cabin. I saw the map a few times at home with my husband and we looked at all the instructions that was gave to us by email. Anyway me and my friends got lost because there is 2 ROADS with the same name as the cabin address. We had to drive all the way back to the cabins office to get signal and when we finally got signal, we called the host for more certain directions and she seemed bothered, treated us poorly and was very rude. All of this took us an extra 1 hour and half to the to the cabin. Anyway, Me and my friends had a great time at the cabin. The sunrise it’s so pretty from the cabin. The property is beautiful and it has awesome views of the lake. Hot tub was great. The place was nice and clean. Only the fridge had a really bad smell when we got there. Even after all that we would be back again because of the cabin, the quiet place and the views.

Loved the location. A short walk to the water was so lovely. Pet friendly was a huge plus! Friendly suggestion a couple hooks for towels would be wonderful in bathroom and a toaster provided would be a great addition. Also hot tub was great!
