Just steps from the Shenandoah River for fishing, swimming and more. A fire pit at each cabin and one at the River for the perfect marshmallow roasting…a charcoal grill for the steak or maybe the fresh fish…
Each cabin has just 2 rooms with a double bed/bunk bed combo in the back room and a double bed futon in the front room. You need to bring your own linens and towels.
Cabin is for a max of 5 people. (children count as people,too)
A mini-kitchen area with 2 burners, microwave, drip coffee maker, small refrigerator and all the pots, pans, dishes you need. There DirectTV and a hot tub on the deck. Bring your food and drink for those campfire meals or a quick breakfast.
Just sit under the trees to soak in the quiet and feel of the Shenandoah valley and river. Offered by Shenandoah River Outfitters.

WE HAVE A 2-NIGHT MIN on WEEKENDS! if not rented by Thursday afternoon, will rent for one night.

These cabins are 13 miles from Luray and Luray Caverns while the Shenandoah National Park is just 5 more miles away from Luray. Shenandoah River Outfitters is 3 miles for your river rental cabin for canoes, kayaks, rafts and tubes rentals. Luray has lots of shops and eateries too.

Pros and Cons

Pros- location, fast response from staff Cons-smelled like sewage after flushing the toilet, was not the cleanest, no reception, cable or WiFi, remotes were missing batteries, you have to drive your garbage 11 minutes up the road. Dumpsters were full. Bunk beds were small and pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

Perfect get away.

We had a great experience. Very relaxing weekend. The only thing that would make the experience better is if the cabin had linens and towels provided.

Fantastic

The cabin was super clean and the hot tub was amazing at night with the multicolored lighting in the tub and the stars were very bright in the sky. There was a nice view of the river 80 yards away from the cabin also a fire pit and a grill. Bring your own sheets and blankets. Toilet tissue 1 paper towel 1 dish detergent glasses a coffee maker And pots and pans were available for our use! This cabin is secluded and deep in the mountains very private and quiet! Worth the price I would go back! Beware is it snows though you will need a car with 4 wheel drive because there are a lot of hills. Also there is no Wi-Fi but they have direct tv.
