This beautiful house offers you a four mile Shore Dr Park where you can bicycle ride, walk or ride and offers fantastic views of the Matanzas River. Beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed on your private front patio with ocean breezes. Watch the boats sail by or bird watch. Only 10 minutes to the Historic area or St Augustine beach. Enjoy over 1000 square feet of outdoor living areas. Tempur Pedic queen size mattresses in both bedrooms.
Enjoy all the comforts of home and 1000 sq feet of outdoor decking and patio. We are located less than 10 minutes away from the wonderful historic area, restaurants, breweries as well as the white sand uncrowded beaches. We give you use of four bicycles that you can ride along the Matanzas River and enjoy nature at its best with great breezes coming from the water.
This is a private single story house and you have full access to everything in the house.

Why they chose this property

This house is in what we think is the nicest neighborhood in St Augustine, it is safe, walking along the water is a great way to unwind with the beautiful shore line.Watch boats, birds or people go by from our front patio. On the side deck we have a hammock to enjoy the breezes and water view.
In the back deck you have a teak table and four chairs with a umbrella to dine al fresco,rain outdoor shower and other lawn chairs. This home offers you all the comforts that you will need and over 500 sq feet of outdoor living too. This our second home so it's not set up as a bare rental as many that have popped up in other neighborhoods.

What makes this property unique

Quiet oasis away from traffic, waterviews, marshes, established neighborhood. Only 2.2 miles from the beaches, a easy ten minute drive. The historic area is also a 10 min drive and Uber is available if you don't wish to drive.
