The downstairs master bedroom has a velvet king-size bed with luxury linens, a comfortable chair for reading that perfect book, a large oversized dresser, and two closets. The private bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower with custom tile, and a vanity with plenty of drawers and a frameless LED lighted mirror with an anti-fog setting. The master bedroom hallway has a new full-size ventless stacked washer/dryer unit, and a newly installed on-demand water system, which means you will never run out of hot water. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full-size private bathroom with a tub/shower. If you enjoy sitting outside, there is a small balcony off the upstairs bedroom that offers outdoor seating with two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking one of the beautiful courtyard fountains. Additionally, there are two beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for that relaxing day on the beach. The Unit has a dedicated covered parking space just a few steps from the front door, so your car will stay covered and cool, and you won't have far to walk. The complex is very small and extremely quiet with a beautiful courtyard containing two fountains. This villa is a strictly non-smoking pet free unit.

With a maximum occupancy of 4 people, this exquisite villa offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. Ideally located, it's a mere 3 minute walk down the street to Lido Beach. In addition, it's a short walk to St. Armand's circle, renown for its restaurants, shopping, and live music. It's the perfect location to relax and enjoy the best of what Florida has to offer.

The complex requires a minimum 14-night rental. A rental application and criminal background check are required.

NOTE: There is an Owner date block in place for April 20-May 15 for new window installation. If you are interested in booking during those dates and would not be bothered by three days of lower window installations, then I can make those dates available. I currently do not have an exact date for the three days of window installation and I will open dates once I have a schedule from the contractor.
