About this property

Modern architect-designed home in a quiet west end neighborhood, just minutes from the Moors breakwater and downtown. Herring Cove beach is about a 18 minute walk. The house is on a quiet dead-end street with water views from the top floor and a quiet, private back yard. Ample parking for three vehicles. Shuttle bus runs by at the end of the street for easy transport to beaches, shopping and other parts of Outer Cape Cod. Outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach. Bedrooms are on the first floor, dining room, living room and kitchen on the second and mezzanine room on the third. All levels have outdoor deck areas. Washer and dryer in the basement. As this house has four levels, there are a lot of stairs. Please note that, in peak season, all rentals are one week minimum, from Sunday to Sunday.

Nice house in a great location!

We had a great stay. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet location with convenient access to the beach and Commercial Street. Some in our party preferred walking while others often rode bikes to get around town. The house was comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a nice relaxing vacation. Our host was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely try rebooking at this location for future trips to Provincetown.

Great house-great location

It was my father-in-laws wish to stay in Ptown having owned a house here years ago. This house was great. Very comfortable and perfectly located.

Amazing stay in Provincetown

Great house for a week stay! Had everything we could ever need or want! We’ll appointed kitchen and lots of privacy for all of us. The decks are expansive and it was wonderful to sit out in the sun and relax. Location is perfect for accessing Bradford and Commercial Streets. Will definitely book this property for our next trip!!

No surprises

The home is in an excellent location, very fully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped and the host was helpful and very pleasant. We know O”P-town well and had a great time even though it was after Labor Day. We would all recommend this property.
