As a parliament/murder/pride/gaggle/flamboyance of five women, we've now done a weekly trip to P-Town three different times. So, we've figured out the "lay of the land," what's worth our time and money, what's walkable, where we like to eat, etc. And, Jonathan's West End Townhouse was absolutely perfect! 1. We are a picky parliament of five as far as cleanliness of the property. Jonathan's condo was spotless. Additionally, Jonathan requests, for good reason, that you remove your shoes at the door - need I say more! We loved and abided by that request!2. Our flamboyance of five is 50-ish (and then some) in age; we're over any unnecessary noise. The condo association itself is very quiet, as is the neighborhood.3. Our pride of five travels in two different SUVs. Jonathan's place has one parking pass for the unit and one parking pass for the condo guest spots. While the guest spot parking is first come first serve, securing a parking spot in a guest spot was not, at all, an issue for us.4. Our gaggle of five loves to walk, but we don't want blisters, tired legs, or to be shvitzty on arrival. Walkability to Commercial St. was perfection.5. The W/D is in a closet (everyone comes out on their own terms - don't judge) in 2nd floor bedroom. Whomever is the laundry Queen/King should be assigned to that bedroom.6. Jonathan's art, especially the "fish family (minus fish child)," is felicitous! 6. Extra bonus - Jonathan's correspondence is prompt, informational, and clever!
