Easy Columbia River location. 2 bedroom, 3 bath, office and garage, maid service available on request at an additional charge, this is older but sparkling clean. A destination location, accessible to the Columbia River Gorge. NW History in Vancouver, WA. 2 hour drive to the Pacific Ocean, excellent Vancouver WA restaurants. East and West Waterfront activities easy to access, great boardwalk, for walking and biking.
All bedding, including pillows are washed, disinfected and deodorized after each guest, or replaced as needed.
2 bedroom 3 bath condo; office with bathroom, three minute walk to Columbia River, restaurants, coffee shop. Boardwalk. New Vancouver Waterfront just west of here.
Two guests, additional guest with approval only, will sleep up to four.
One bedroom queen bed, private bath, 2nd bedroom, queen bed, second full bath with a washer and dryer, towels and bathrobes are provided. Two sets of stairs. Excellent queen size beds! Not handicapped equipped, or ADA accessible, communal spa, year round gym and seasonal pool; for registered guests only. Access with fob, located in entry area of the condo, use for amenities and trash disposal. Guests must comply with HOA/CC&R Regulations. REGULATION SWIMWEAR only, no cut offs or T-shirts.
Park in the driveway associated or use the garage to this unit do not park in other driveways. Park on off streetcar second car, strict towing regulations. A personal code for entrance is provided prior to occupancy to be used on both streetwise and garage man door.
The Ilani Casino just a 15 minute drive north.
Historic Fort Vancouver within walking distance.
Columbia River Gorge and Waterfalls.
On site surveillance and video doorbell camera for security and protection of guests and owner. Non Smoking home. Keyless entry only, residents will need to acquire a P.O. Box for mail and package deliveries as there is too much turn over for onsite mail to be received.

After visiting Portland/Vancouver several times to visit our son the last few years and staying in different rentals each time.. finally we got it right. Robin, the host, has a beautiful property in an ideal location… walking distance to the waterfront downtown and many restaurants and bars. The condo had all the essentials, was more than comfortable (even on one of the hottest weeks of the year) and having access to the pool was a huge plus. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

This location was excellent. We had only moved from the area 5 months prior and came back to visit. I love how convenient it is to shopping and the waterfront. I enjoyed my morning walks and access to the coffee shop right on the corner. Robin was an excellent host and the condo felt very homey for my 10 day stay. It had everything I needed. The beds were more comfortable than my own and it was super quiet. I never heard a neighbor coming or going. I would 100% recommend this condo for your stay in the Vancouver area. It is also only 10 min to the airport.

We loved the cleanliness, high quality bed and bedding and accessibility.

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to stay in Vancouver. We enjoyed morning walks along the Columbia River. Luxurious bedding and towels were wonderful. Everything was clean and fresh. All the comforts of this condo made up for the noise of the nearby airport and trains.

Carming, Clean Condo

This place is very charming. -great balcony -beautiful setting and close to many restaurants and grocery within 5 min drive. -close to I-5 and downtown Vancouver, straight shot into Portland -very nice and clean kitchen and bedrooms-Host was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Condo!

Well-Appointed Condo

We enjoyed staying in Robin’s condo. She goes above and beyond with nice touches to make us feel welcomed. She stays in close contact to ensure we’re comfortable and our needs are met. 3 weeks to visit new grandson

Excellent for morning exercise as located close to the walking path along the river. A great little coffee shop one block away which just happens to be on the walk back from morning exercise. The unit was very clean and well cared for. All things worked well. The unit is located in between the railroad and the flight path of Portland airport. As such it is a fairly noisy location, however we stayed for 3 weeks and after the first night or two we didn't notice. Additionally the fans and air conditioners tended to provide enough white noise to drown out the train and airplane noise. It is also within walking distance (long walk about 2 miles) of downtown Vancouver and the Saturday Farmers market is not to be missed. Definitely recommend this property to others.

WAS NOT ABLE TO STAY - Never Been Treated So Poorly In My Life

The property manager did not allow me to stay at their place. I had asked if I could add additional family members to stay in their house. Instead of allowing me to, she cancelled my reservation and kept the money. I was forced to find a new place to stay and I've never been treated so poorly in my life. This was a huge disappointment and I would recommend no one ever renting through Robin in the future. She is a horrible person and is incredibly disrespectful. I am still waiting to hear back about my refund - please advise

Comfort, clean and super convenient

Nestled in a beautiful community, Robins home is great for a stay while visiting Vancouver / Portland area. It is super close to all the highways and within walking distance of very good restaurants. The train noise is a little off putting, but not a problem with ear plugs. Overall, a great stay and would be happy to return. Beaches restaurant and Savona coffee are a 5 min walk away and the river walk allng the Columbia is superb at the end of a long day. Thank you, Robin.

Lovely condo for a family of fout

Robin was really helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated - so much better than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and being able to walk to the coffee shop and restaurants on the River walk. I would recommend this property for a trip to Portland/ Vancouver.

Excellent owner & location

Robin is just an awesome host! This is the best location if you are in Vancouver for a conference. Just a 2 block walk to the river and the restruants that are located there. Also there is park that runs all the way along the river with a walking trail, very safe, lots of people out enjoying the evening. The walking trail will get you to within 3 blocks of the convention center. If I am in Vancouver again I will definately stay here!

We used the condo to house our bride and groom-to-be, as it was close to both our own home and the reception venue. The couple loved the condo as a place to hang out with close family and get away from the hubbub. The bride and her cousin loved the free facial and purchased products from Rosy Glow Aesthetics!

We were visiting our son in Vancouver and found this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has a very cute balcony area for sitting. The Riverwalk is about a minute away and a nice thing to do. We went to one of the restaurants right there on the water and enjoyed a delicious dinner. It’s also close to everything, downtown Main Street, the airport is 10 minutes away, Fort Vancouver which is a beautiful place to visit, and Portland is about a 30 minute drive. Robin was great to work with and returned texts right away throughout our booking and our stay. They have a nice pool area although the spa was not working while we were there. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Now just a couple of things people should know before renting this condo. It has two sets of stairs, one to get to the main living area and another to get up to the bedrooms. There is no bathroom on the main living area floor so if steps are a problem this would not be for you. It is also in the flight pattern of the airport so planes are going over constantly as well as the Air Force jets at times doing maneuvers. It can get quite noisy and we had to keep our windows closed at night because the planes start very early. We used the air-conditioning and that worked fine. It didn’t bother us to the point where I wouldn’t stay there again but if this kind of noise most of the day would bother someone then this would not be a place for you. We had a joke going when we were sitting on the balcony as a plane would come over we would do an eight second pause with our conversation until it cleared the area. The condo was spacious and very clean and comfortable. I liked all of her nice touches like coffee and tea and chocolate kisses being available, games in the closet, magazines for reading, lotion and shampoo in the bathrooms, blankets at the end of the bed and just all over coziness of the condo. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. Thank you Robin!

This is an amazing location. Close enough to the Columbia River that daily walks are a must! The property is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Guests must be able to climb stairs so that is a consideration. Robin is a wonderful hostess. She is very concerned about her guests and does all she can to ensure that the stay is enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

Convenient, well-located

We were in the Portland / Vancouver area to visit family. The location was ideal, close to the people we were in town to see. Excellent walking access to a nice coffee shop and the Columbia River pedestrian walkway. The unit was very clean and provided coffee, breakfast biscuits, and toiletries; a major grocery chain was within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Understand this is a townhouse -- there are two narrow, steep flights of stairs that must be used to get from the front entry to bedrooms/bathrooms and the common spaces. Robin was easily contacted and responded quickly to questions. No complaints!

I have lived close to this amazing waterfront location for many years. It is so enjoyable and accessible, within a three minute walk to the boardwalk and eateries. I have storage on the ground level and an office space of which I occasionally need access to, I do not have access to the rental unit space of my guests. I contact prior to any time I visit the property.

Why they chose this property

This waterfront area is now becoming a destination, it is accessible to the world famous Columbia Gorge and all that it offers.. There is a wealth of American History all around Vancouver, WA, it is just amazing, Fort Vancouver is about a 15 minute walk.. Drive to the Pacific Ocean in about two hours, something you don't want to miss if you have never walked in the sand and and waded in the sea. Restaurants abound in Vancouver ,WA. The waterfront is wonderful, easy to access. Don't miss the Mighty Columbia Gorge and Multnomah Falls, east on I-84 the south side of the Columbia River. Ilani Casino just north 15 minute drive Short trip to Portland Oregon. Ilani Casino about a 10 minute drive. See Mt. St. Hellens. Nice amenities for these of registered guests only.
