About this property

500m walk from the center off St-Cézaire-sur-Siagne which overlooks the Siagne

Located halfway between ski resort and the sea. An exceptional temperate climate due to the fact that the village is protected from the north winds by the semi-circle of the "Pre-Alps of Grasse". 2 steps from the village center with all shops, Caves of St Cézaire, tree climbing and the Stele equestrian center.

Access to the co-ownership by an electric gate with remote control. The parking lot can contain several cars, motorcycles are welcome. Plug for electric car, motorbike shelter ..Large ground with aromatic herbs, pétanque field ..
The house is fully independent, air conditioned and reserved for tenants. It is on the ground floor, on a plot of 2000m2, excellent recent outdoor and indoor equipment, Weber barbecue, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, 5-burner piano and 3 ovens, microwave, Krups Nespresso coffee machine , kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. large 160x200 beds with duvets, pillows and bolsters, generalized wifi, welcome children, safe. The swimming pool is private, for the exclusive use of tenants, heated, equipped with a water blade and a counter current for swimming (dimension 3.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.80m, alarm with reminder siren inside the house).
We are available for any specific requests.
We provide the basic products for your stay: dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, washing machine, garbage bags, new sponges, soaps, etc., condiments, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a box of Nespresso coffee capsules ... Rental from 4 days following the season, sheets and towels (for bathroom and pool) provided free of charge (usually charged at a rate of € 15 per person per stay).
Many possible activities. The house is at the start of many hikes or mountain bikes (2 new mountain bikes are available) ... for all ages and all levels .. with or without elevation changes.

A perfect stay

We, a family of five, spent ten days in this beautiful place. Everything from the first contact with Manu and Elisa to the easy checking out has been excellent. We highly recommend this house.

Great house in an idyllic location

We had a superb holiday stay in the house of Elisa and Manu. They are very welcoming and make sure you don’t need for anything. Valerie was also a very great help and she cleaned the terrasse for us every morning before we woke up. The house has everything that you need., including a very elaborate stove and american fridge. Above all we loved the pool and the wheather and the kids loved to play with the chickens! The surrounding area is everything you would wish for: visit to Cannes, Grasse, Gourdon, Callian, Montouroux, hike to Pont des Tuves, Grottes, etc. We will definitely come back! 1 point of improvement are the couches in the living area. If replaced by a simple Ikea couch they would be a lot more comfortable.

A 3 generation 10 day holiday in great surrounding

Manu & Elisa were great hosts, and Manu's English was more than OK, even helping us out when our hire car had a problem. Fresh eggs from the Chicken on a number of days and a new puppy were points of interest for our 2 yr old Granddaughter - as was the pool of course! Pool (although not very large) is great and with the water fall and 'pumped current' to swim against we were in it every day for hours on end. The property is very clean, with everything you need - American style fridge and freezer with filtered, chilled water and Ice dispenser (fantastic in hot weather), dishwasher, large range cooker - although we used the electric BBQ outside everyday for main meals, and ate outside under the awning for every meal, every day. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners either, if we wanted anything we just asked. The village is a short walk or drive away, with a good supermarket. Great traditional French market on Saturdays, and a couple of good restaurants. A great holiday in a lovely location. Visit Gourdon; St Paul de Vence; Monaco; Cannes; stay by the pool the rest of the time!

Super séjour dans un havre de détente et tranquillité avec nos amies les poules, les tortues et la très gentille chienne Nine dans un cadre superbe avec une belle maison typique et un super jardin. Nous avons bien profité des œufs tout frais chaque matin, des parties de pétanque et de ping pong et de la piscine chauffée après des journées de ballades dans la région.Maison très accueillante avec de nombreuses prestations d’accueil jamais vu dans d’autres locations.Propriétaires (Elisa et Manu) très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles tout en étant discrets.Merci pour ce superbe séjour.

Manu hat uns überall herumgeführt und uns alles gezeigt. Seine Leichtigkeit und Beschwingtheit hat mir sehr gut gefallen und findet man auch auf gewisse Weise überall in diesem Urlaubszuhause wieder ;-) Insbesondere der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool, klein aber oho! Ein megaurlaubsgefühl im und um den Pool herum. Die Klimaanlage kann sehr fein eingestellt werden. Wir haben sie tagsüber auf 23 und nachts auf 21 gestellt, damit auch die Schlafzimmer gut gekühlt waren. Der Schafstall ist auch sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und konnten mit der Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln getrost auf den Einkaufsstress am Tag der Ankunft verzichten. Top! Auch der Ort hat uns gefallen.

Fantastisk familieforhold i smukke omgivelser

Vi havde en skøn uge i dette lille hus sammen med vores to små børn. Huset levede fuldt op til vores forventninger - og mere til. Den opvarmede pool var skøn og omgivelserne var fredelige og naturskønne. Værterne var søde og imødekommende. Alt var rent, veludstyrede og fungerede perfekt til en familieferie. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Super séjour !!

Super séjour en famille, hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques! Très beau cadre et très jolie maison. Excellente prestation pour l’accueil avec tout ce qu’il faut pour notre arrivée. Nos filles se sont éclatées avec les poules, les tortues et le chien. Elles ont également adoré aller chercher les œufs tous les jours. Le village est à 5/10 min à pied avec toutes les commodités (mention spéciale pour les pizzas au feu de bois de Nino pizzas) Nous recommandons très vivement cette maison pour vos vacances!!

Eine kurze angenehme Woche in der Provence

Wir waren als Großeltern mit Sohn und Tochter sowie unserem Golden Retriever dort und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben, dass die Gastgeber für den ersten Abend einen Imbiss vorbereitet hatten und auch das Frühstück für den Sonntagmorgen vorhanden war, zudem einige nette Getränke nach einer langen Anreise. Auch waren etliche Zutaten fürs Kochen und sonstige Verbrauchsmaterialien in größerem Umfang als meist üblich vorhanden.

Très agréable villa, location idéale

Très agréable villa, en dehors du centre-ville, tout en restant à proximité. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, bains de soleil, barbecue, un petit coin paisible. Les petites poules viennent dire bonjour. La maison est sympathique et Les propriétaires aussi, la communication est facile. Petit plus pour Les Oeufs fraîchement pondus Le matin.

Vacances entre amis

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Le dépaysement était au rendez-vous, très calme et œufs vrais en prime. Repas de bienvenue prévu (heureusement car nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour faire les courses), accueil très chaleureux, centre du village accessible à 10min à pied. Nous recommandons.

Waanzinnig verblijf

Onze algehele ervaring was top. Bij aankomst was er eten voor 1 avond voorzien inc het ontbijt. Hele vriendelijk mensen. Het ligt heel rustig aan de rand van het dorp. In de omgeving zijn vele leuke dorpjes te ontdekken. Waarvan Biot en Vaullaris en super zijn en de grotten buiten het dorp is ook echt leuk om te bezichtigen. Ook de huis hond die soms langs kwam lopen voor een knuffel en de huiskippen kwamen soms ook langs voor een kruimel brood. Top ervaring van hoge klasse.

Location agréable mais bruyante

Propriétaires sympathiques. Location agréable mais bruyante avec la route de Grasse très passagère. Il manque les climatisations dans les chambres surtout pour la bergerie dépourvu en plus de sanitaire alors que la chambre est complètement indépendante de l'habitation. Plusieurs améliorations sont souhaitables afin de justifier le prix de la location.

La bergerie n,est en effet pas climatisée , ses murs épais en pierre gardent habituellement cette pièce très fraiche..la température exceptionnelle de cette année explique surement en partie cette remarque. Quand au bruit , jusqu'à présent , l'ensemble de nos locataires ont estimé la maison très au calme.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Saint Cezaire sehr genossen. Sei es beim plantschen im Pool oder beim relaxen auf der Terrasse, wir haben uns rund um erholt. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und lässt einem alle Möglichkeiten: - Erkunden des nahen Grasse - Ein Ausflug nach Cannes zum promenieren oder eine Sprung ins Meer - eine schöne Wanderung im Saigne-Tal -und noch viel mehr Elisa,Manu & Valerie waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus war schon mit Vorräten bis zum nächsten Morgen bestückt. Ausserdem haben die drei Hühnerdamen uns mit frischen eiern versorgt und sich bei Zeiten auch um unsere Krümmel auf der Terrasse gekümmert. ;-) Wir würden diese Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen

La résidence est très belle et fonctionnelle, avec pleins de petits extras qui agrémente le séjour (piscine avec lame d'eau, poule avec oeuf frais, beau jardin, table de ping pong, etc). On ne peut demander de meilleurs hôtes, nous avons été très bien reçus. Honnêtement rien de négatif à soulever!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein paar Lebensmittel und Getränke bei der Ankunft, da Feiertag war. Für die Kinder gibt es Spielsachen, Babybetten, Hochstuhl und einen Pool mit Alarm. Manu und seine Frau sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Wanderwege in der näheren Umgebung. Bis zur Küste ist es ca 1 Std. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Maison bien équipée

Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Maison bien équipée de tout ce qu’il faut ainsi que le nécessaire utile en alimentation pour faciliter l’arrivée. Ce qui est indéniablement très efficace. Merci à vous pour ces attentions. Je recommande.
