In the heart of La Rochelle, this 2 * studio furnished with tourism will seduce you with its south-facing terrace. The accommodation is near museums, bars, restaurants, shops with the advantage of staying calm, being in a courtyard of a small residence. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the market (open every day), 7 minutes from the Old Port and 15 minutes from the beach.

Renovated studio of 21 m2, you have a kitchenette equipped with American fridge, oven / microwave, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots etc ...

The main room consists of a sofa bed with mattress for 2 people, a TV, a table and several storage space.

The bathroom is functional with sink, toilet and shower cabin. For your comfort, a hair dryer and an iron are at your disposal.

The terrace equipped with garden furniture will allow you to have a drink or enjoy a meal outside facing South.

Free parking (parking Esplanade Parks) is available 10 minutes walk. Many bus lines are accessible from Place de Verdun at 6 min.

It is possible to park the bicycles on the terrace. Do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information.

Je connaissais déjà La Rochelle pour y être déjà venue plusieurs fois et j'adore ! Un peu trop de monde mais c'est la rançon du succès ! Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien placé. Ce qui permet de visiter la ville en toute tranquillité et proche du marché des Halles qui est chouette. Très bon accueil de "My Rochelle" pour la remise des clés. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super séjour mais peu confortable !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce petit gîte: bien situé et fonctionnel. L'accueil fût très agréable et de bon conseil. Néanmoins clic-clac très inconfortable, quel dommage, cela est le seul point négatif de notre séjour. Nous avons eu le dos cassé...
