Amazing family vacation

Stayed with family around thanksgiving. The place was clean and spacious. And we were pleasantly surprised by the 10 onsite car chargers that we could use overnight!

This unit in the legacy villas was perfect for our family of five. The community is gorgeous with super nice amenities-pools and gym. The condo was extremely spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and towels. TV’s in every bedroom. We were within walking distance of La Quinta Resort where we attended a wedding. Would definitely rent from Corry again.

A great winter escape

We stayed over the weekend for a family reunion and it was very pleasant. This place was clean with a spacious layout and access to nice amenities. The master suite was huge and even had access to the patio. We even coordinated with the host to rent out a space in the association clubhouse for a family reunion we hosted. We would definitely stay again and recommend for longer stays.

Wonderful desert oasis

This is a great property. It was appointed, everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a close walk or bike ride to La Quinta resort (restaurants and golf) or even downtown La Quinta, a charming little village with restaurants and boutiques. The house is a nice size with tall ceilings so that you won't feel cramped with 5-6 people. It was just my wife and myself, so we had plenty of space to spread out. There are plenty of pools/spas in the resort, and a breakfast/lunch spot was unfortunately closed during the holidays. And it is lovely walking around the neighborhood, which is very quite, and charming. We would stay here again. The property manager was very responsive to our needs!

Perfect Location

We stay at the Legacy Villas often and this was the best unit we've stayed in by far! The location is perfect and it's so spacious. We really felt at home and didn't want to leave. The owner is very responsive and extremely accommodating. We didn't want to leave after our 5 day stay and can't wait to book this property again!

Legacy Villas Return

I've been renting at Legacy Villas for over 15 years. This was a very nice house that could be excellent with a little TLC. Great location and setup, with 3 BR/3Baths. Nice patio and lovely view of the mountains. Having a garage is very convenient. Overall condition of the house is very good but the carpets are worn and stained in all bedrooms. This detracted from a premium feel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pools Galore

Attractive condo in lovely gated community. We enjoyed the patio with it’s nice furniture & electric grill, the beautiful grounds, the numerous community pools, and the close proximity to stores and restaurants. That said…the gate attendant had not been informed of our arrival. After contacting the owner, our check in was delayed so the unit could be cleaned. Upon entering, we found the condo in need of further cleaning.

Very nice house

Personally I would only rent from super hosts going forward. The communication was pretty poor. There was small issues with the property but not really worth going over. But what I have realized from Renting so many properties is that going forward I’m only gonna rent from super hosts. You can tell the difference from a property where someone puts time into it instead of just renting it out and hoping for the best.

Perfect and peaceful

This rental was a really nice place to stay. The check in process was easy with only one blip, I had not yet given the property manager the names of everyone staying and therefore there was not a parking pass for us at the gate. So we had to wait a couple of minutes but it was resolved very quickly. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths could work for 3 couples or for a family just as easily. There was TV in each bedroom as well as the living room so anyone could have their own down time if they wanted. The gate is open 24 hours which is nice for security reasons. We were able to have food delivered as well as groceries. The condo has anything you need for cooking and snacking cooking and I was especially happy to find a blender. There are restaurants and grocery stores etc within a short distance. My only complaint was that there was damage to furniture apparent upon our arrival. The bar stools were broken (unusable) and a lamp had a broken shade. The property manager offered to have new barstools delivered the next day but we declined, not wanting the interruption and not knowing our exact schedule. But we did take the time to let the manager know about the broken items immediately. I was surprised the unit was left with those things not being fixed prior to occupancy. We were there for an event in Indio so this location was perfect. We took a hired car to and from the event so as not to worry about driving ourselves home after a party. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would stay again.
