Perfect suite in Valencia!

There was some confusion with the refund process but it was all worked out easily. Also, the hot water had not been turned on but once we contacted Roy he got back to us ASAP and gave us instructions. Great location and host.

Un grupo de amigas valencianas queríamos pasar un fin de semana juntas en la playa y necesitábamos un lugar próximo de centro de operaciones y descanso. Objetivo cumplido. Camas suficientes para todas, limpieza y cocina muy completa. A mejorar, el sistema de códigos de entrada, y el tema del aire acondicionado, que se hace un poco complicado cuando sólo lo necesitas a determinadas horas. Personal muy atento. Gracias por guardarnos las maletas unas horas.

Why they chose this property

Recently renovated apartment: 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom plus 1/2 bathroom, full-size kitchen and terrace. The apartment is located in the ground floor of a 5 story building, no stairs to drag your luggage or bike (Valenbisi station 2 blocks away).
The bedrooms have a large closets with plenty of storage space and individual AC/Heating units for your comfort.
The living room area has a full size leather sofa bed, AC/Heating unit, surround sound speakers, 55" Plasma TV with over 300 international channels plus Netflix & Amazon TV.
The kitchen has all basic cooking utensils, flatware, plates, pots, pans and plenty of storage space.
The terrace has a beautiful original Valencian style tile and Artdeco table and chairs.

•Late check out fee is a full day rate or at host's discretion.
•There is a security camera in the entrance area.
•Visitors are not allowed inside the property unless they are part of the reservation. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional fees will apply.

What makes this property unique

The Cabanyal is a Protected Historic Site from Valencia, declared of Cultural Interest in 1993. This district belonged to fisherman some decades ago. Nowadays is a nice, quiet and secure neighborhood with a great life throughout the day and night.
The apartment is well located, near all sorts of shops, bars, and restaurants. Check my guide, I have personally visited each place in the neighborhood if a place is not on my list it's because it's new or it wasn't up to standards.
Every Thursday there's a famous street market.
