FALAISE DOUCHKA T2 area + top floor cellar facing south exceptional view

Ideally located in the Falaise district, the DOUCHKA residence is located near the covered car park (50m), there is no need to take a sled to get to your apartment. You will fully enjoy your days of skiing with a ski-in and ski-out departure.

ONE MORE !! Bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Our 27 m² apartment is sunny, bright (high ceilings of 3.20 m on the 8th and last floor of the residence), functional and comfortable with an exceptional view of the ski area and the resort.

South-facing balcony

Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
On arrival, you will be greeted on site by the concierge service of "La Maison d'Avoriaz". Household linen (night and toilet) provided.

The Douchka residence, ideally located in the center of the Falaise district, will allow you to easily reach all the shops, food, bakery, equipment rental, laundromat, restaurants, bars (on site) and ESF ski lessons (at 100m).

Avoriaz 1800, Portes du Soleil station, 650 km of slopes.

Departure and return from the ski-in ski-out residence.

A room with a view.

A very well placed flat, close to all the amenities with an amazing view of the mountains. Well equip kitchen and good standar of cleanliness. Very happy to go back there.

Family skiing holiday

We had a great week in douchka with a family of 5 (boys aged 14,11 and 7). The location is great, next to the welcome station and easy for our ski school. Lovely view. I had good communication with Marc about check in. Ski in ski out, and a ski locker next to the apartment. The listing gives an accurate impression of the apartment. We had an amazing time.

Nice appartment. Easy to get to and from.

It’s our 3rd time at this apartment. We have come back because it offers all you need for a week’s skiing for a family of four. Everything is included so there are no hidden costs (an annoyance of mine when not the case). Marc is easily contacted and responsive.

Appartement idéalement placé, et très pratique d’accès au début de la station. Accès proche de la première piste.Appartement idéal pour quatre personnes, on y vit sans se marcher dessus. Équipé d’un box à ski, ainsi que d’un cellier, suffisant pour stocker tous les équipements de ski.Les propriétaires ont été très prévenants dès le début de la réservation jusqu’à la finalisation de nos vacances. Un grand merci à eux !

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Gegenüber ist eine wunderbare Bäckerei, um die Ecke ein Supermarkt und das Skilaufen fängt direkt vor der Haustür an. Das Parkhaus ist auch gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement très bien placé avec superbe vue

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Falaise au dernier étage de la résidence et offre donc une vue magnifique. Certains ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient un peu de renouvellement et la poussière n'était pas faite partout. Un petit coup d'aspirateur y a vite remedié.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce.Très bonne vacances.Juste pour la gestion du linge de maison...Le linge des précédents ne fût pas récupérer et à l'ouverture des draps propres, plusieurs poils étaient présent dans les draps "propres".Hormis cela, tout était bien.

Super situation

Très bon séjour au dernier étage de la résidence Douchka. On a un cellier individuel ce qui est très pratique pour ranger le matériel de ski et les luges. Très belle vue sur la montagne !

nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement. Propreté, calme et surtout une place centrale dans cette magnifique station avec une vue exceptionnelle. Les réveils face à la montagne, et ces couleurs changeantes tout au long de la journée accompagnent un séjour reposant et ressourçant. Au cœur d Avoriaz

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L emplacement est idéal avec les commerces alimentaires et location de ski dans l immeuble même ainsi que le point de RDV ESF à proximité. La vue du 8eme étage est incroyable et l appartement très bien équipé!
