Rochelle the host was amazing. The property was better than what we expected. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and has the property setup with everything you could need. Very comfortable. The shower was AMAZING. The condo door was right by the pool/hot tub and exits from the building. So convenient. Perfect location. We enjoyed walking the beach and pier every day of our visit. Several restaurants nearby- just an overall great place to stay! We did quite a bit in San Diego during our visit including visiting zoos and restaurants, sporting events. Everything was about a 30 min drive.

This condo has the perfect view of the ocean. I loved enjoying my breakfast on the patio and taking in the beautiful ocean view. The condo was amazing and just like the pictures. The steam room/shower was amazing!! The host was very responsive to our questions and even checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. I would 100% recommend this condo!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The owner met us at the property to give us the keys and gave us a tour of the house. The location was perfect! Great view from all the windows in the house and outside on the patio. The upgraded shower was fantastic as was the bidet in the second bathroom. Beds were comfortable and house was well stocked with everything you could hope for. Plenty of towels, beach toys etc. Close to a bunch of restaurants, many within walking distance. We loved the Thai place across the street! Property had a great pool and hot tub steps away from our home. Owner was so good with answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. Patio is huge and includes a couple of fireplaces and tons of seating to enjoy the mornings and the sunsets. Overall a great experience and hope to return the next time we visit San Diego

One of the best things about being a hostess is that I have a chance to meet so many wonderful people as they are traveling. Sometimes if I am out of town or my guests arrive late at night, we don’t get to meet in person, but whenever possible I would love to show you around. Of course I am always available by phone. Everyone so far enjoys the warmth of a bidet toilet as well as the huge steamer-shower with six sideways water jets and different color settings for the rainforest shower from above. Each room is designed for a unique experience but especially the common area’s opening onto the beach

Overall, we had a nice time and the view was amazing. The interior decor was well done and very coastal. The condo was very clean. The patio was decorated & cute and had lots of seating options. Disappointed that neither of the two propane gas fire pits worked the first night we tried them. The propane tanks, which had been left in the open position, were both empty. The owner was very responsive the following day and her handyman got the tanks filled and the fires in working order within an hour of me contacting her. The condo complex and the parking garage felt very secure, although we made sure to lock all windows and doors off the patio, which is adjacent to a small, busy park and the beach. Imperial Beach has a nice neighborhood fee. No real shopping, but there are restaurants, the beach, and Imperial Pier within walking distance.

Awesome views

This beachfront propertywas great for us. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We got to see some beautiful sunsets. All of our day trips were on avergae only 30 minutes away!

Beautiful beach condo

This unit is exactly as advertised! Beautiful patio directly overlooking the beach and Imperial Beach Pier. Patio gets sun from morning straight through until sundown. Well appointed unit with large TV screen and comfortable living room seating, well-stocked kitchen, and dedicated indoor parking spots. Lots of food options in walking distance. Easy access to Coronado and to points north via I-5. Highly recommend Brigatine for dinner (great food, drinks and service) and Babycakes for the best cupcakes ever! Would definitely stay here again!

The property description and pictures are pretty accurate. Our biggest concern was the homeless people with obvious mental or substance abuse issues outside the patio area, and the nightly fights outside the patio area. For us personally, this was enough of a safety issue to render the patio useless. Additionally, the patio windows didn’t lock so knowing there were numerous unhoused people right outside, with windows that didn’t lock, increased our sense of unease. This just wasn’t the relaxing getaway we usually experience, but this may be perfectly fine for others or possibly a different experience during peak season with more visitors in the area.

It was terribly unfortunate that a problem with homelessness arose during the holiday season of 2023 because this building was under major construction. It is completed now on my side of the building and the sheriffs have completely cleaned up the area outside. New windows and doors were needed, ordered and installed as part of the construction. It is worth noting that there has never been a break-in during the time of my ownership which has been since 1991. Imperial Beach has effectively helped vagrants in the area by providing housing resources elsewhere. If you ever have safety concerns I will take prompt action and encourage you to call 911. The response has always been exceptional from law enforcement here.

Amazing experience. The host went above and beyond to ensure our tenancy was exceptional and any and all requests were met quickly and efficiently. The amenities available were exquisite and high end. Throughly enjoyed. From the Master bath shower to the power function Master bed and guest bath bedet toilet. The beautiful view and gorgeous sunsets also exceeded our expectations. The local shops are within minutes of walking distance and the atmosphere in town is one of comfort and relaxation among all the locals we came in contact with. The only issue we had was the last few days there were tenants above us with small children that were running back and forth for hours non stop. This was obviously out of anyone’s control, but once mentioned to the host, they made every effort to try and correct it by contacting the owner of the unit above. The pool was great, and the hot tub in the pool yard was awesome. There is a basketball court right outside the facility along with a small workout station for additional recreation. There were gas grills in the courtyard that we did not utilize, but assuming they’re operational, I would’ve liked to cook on them had we stayed longer. Everything within the unit worked, kitchen appliances, washer / dryer, TVs, etc. The private covered community garage was secure and there is an elevator and shopping carts for transporting groceries/luggage/etc. I would definitely recommend this unit and its host, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We vacationed as a family with 4 teenagers! There was comfortable space for all bodies. We appreciated the ample bedding, fans and linens to supply all our sleeping, showering and beach time needs. The view on the balcony and out the rear windows was so peaceful and refreshing. I spent every morning outside with my coffee and the sound of the waves. Another treasure of this place was the luxury shower in the master suite! We all enjoyed the extra amenities including the sauna and red light.The owner, Rochelle was incredibly communicative and quick to assist us when we needed help with a few things. Minor issues such as wifi being off, were resolved on the spot. We made use of a few games in the closet and boogie boards and appreciated the generosity of resources!Our stay was lovely and refreshing and we would stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. We had some issues with the AC but the owner was responsive and helpful. I recommend getting online and checking the water quality if you are planning on swimming in the ocean. Unfortunately the water quality can be poor. During our stay there were signs stating that the water was contaminated and to not enter the ocean. You can still enjoy the beach and sand though. The listing mentions that the water may be closed at the beach. Other people mentioned an issue with homeless people in the area. There were some in the park, but they didn't cause is any problems and it didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend taking the short walk to the pier and eating at the Imperial Beach Kitchen. It is located at the end of the pier. That was one of the highlights of our stay.I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay.

IB Club 103

103 was very well appointed. We definitely appreciated the updated interior that has been competed on this condo. Large deck overlooking the park was awesome. Not all adults had to be at the park to keep an eye on the kids since we were so close. Kids loved waving to those watching from the deck too! Deck is raised so little risk of strangers wandering in or around. Propane fire pit is a nice feature as we were there in late April and nights were still chilly. Master was very comfortable. Kids were content in 2nd bedroom. Plenty of room in kitchen and dining area and very comfortable great room furniture! 103 is on our short list of places to consider on our next visit.

Beautiful location and views

The location and views is unbeatable! The condo was comfortable and great for a family. There is a nice playground and grassy area right outside the patio. We were really confused by the check-in process and had a hard time finding the keys but once we figured it out, all went really smoothly. Would absolutely stay here again!
