Beautiful recently built villa in Gran Paradiso, Venice Fl, in a gated community with 24 hour security.
Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Master Suite features a KING bed and a bath w/double sinks; soaking tub and separate tiled shower. Guest bed has 1 queen bed. Den has a queen bed as well. Dining table seats 6 w/additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. Large LED TV in the living room with 3 other TV's in the rooms. Villa is one floor-no stairs. It has a paver driveway and a 2 car garage. The large screened porch has a table and chairs for 4. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and ironing board. This is a non smoking house. The amenities at GRAN PARADISO include: tennis courts; media center; sauna/steam room; and state of the art fitness center. Minutes away from Englewood and Venice beach, a wide variety of golf; outdoor activities; shopping; and dining. Located not far from the world famous siesta key beach.

Nearby Pelican Pointe Golf Course features a 27-hole Ted McAnlis designed course receiving rave reviews for condition and playability. Fish the local lakes or take a 10 minute drive to Venice Island for beach, jetty or deep sea angling. You'll find excellent fishing with bass, grouper, snook, king and Spanish mackerel, tarpon, black fin tuna, flounder, red fish, mangrove snapper, trout and other varieties available.

Gran Paradiso winter paradise

We so enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and wonderfully appointed villa. Friendly neighborhood, great area to walk, nice swimming pool and work out facility. Close to golf courses and downtown Venice. Walter, the host was available when we had questions.

Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay in this villa. Walter was always responsive to our questions and requests. The amenities that came with the home were perfect. We stayed there for three months and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!
