The place was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, private, with a stunning view right outside of the window. There were some restaurants right inside the development, especially the breakfast place, it had excellent food and coffee. The place was a bit far from the main commerce area, a car would be required to access them. The host was very responsive and the place was immaculate. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!! Will definitely rent it again!!

This was an absolutely perfect condo for our July 4th vacation. It has an incredible view of Lake Las Vegas. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Parking was easy. The pools were wonderful. Joyce was an excellent host. We had a great time!

Awesome place to stay. The host made check in seamless, and communicated quickly when we reached out with a question before the stay. The view was great. It was a very relaxing place to stay. There were no surprises, everything lived up to the listing. Parking was no problem,and the location was convenient to many places. We will be planning to stay again in the future.

We've stayed at Joyce's condo 6 times. The best host-place is clean, well appointed. Communication is always a pet peeve with some rentals but Joyce gets back to you promptly with any questions you might have.
