Very Nice Ocean beach 100m by walking from the house (Lifeguard surveillance during the summer next to this beach) and 1mile from the "Arcachon bay", shops and cycle tracks.

Bathroom with shower (no bathtub), 1 separated toilet.

Perfect holiday home

Très bon emplacement, l'océan est au bout de la rue, la maison est simple et efficace pour 6 personnes, l 'environnement est calme. Eve est charmante. Les locations de vélos sont à 15-20 minutes de marche vers la jetée Bélisaire, les commerces un peu plus loin. Nous avons passé le séjours à vélo, accessoire indispensable pour visiter les jolies plages, coté océan et coté bassin et les incontournables cabanes ostréicoles d'un coté à l'autre la presqu'ile.

Le logement est très bien équipé, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses. La maison est situé dans un grand jardin avec plein d'arbres, vraiment proche de l'océan (même si la dune est assez haute 😄) Attention, l'environnement est très humide au Cap Ferret (bord d'océan).
