About this property

DOOR 42! Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Sister Bay!

Welcome to DOOR 42! Our home is located on the north side of Sister Bay right on the main drag. You and your group are just a short 1.5 mile drive down the hill and into town. Seconds away awaits a trip to the beach, park or a meal at any of Sister Bay's fine restaurants as well as coffee and ice cream shops! Our cottage is perfect for couples and families.
The house is full of Door County character and offers plenty of space for your retreat. Feel free to message me if you are interested in finding out more!

We have provided some literature for the surrounding areas including restaurants, maps, breweries etc. Hopefully they can be of some help! One of our favorite restaurants for scenery is the Boat House, Chop, and The Wickman House. Great breakfast is served at Viking Grill, Ellison Bay or Caroll’s Restaurant here in Sister Bay.

Fantastic location just minutes from downtown Sister Bay! There were plenty of towels and warm water for showers for our group of 8. The kitchen had all the basics. And, I really appreciated the nice clean floors! We’d love to stay again!

Great Bachelorette Weekend

The setting is gorgeous and the house itself was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the lovely back deck for morning coffee and to unwind at the end of the day.The kitchen was well stocked and making meals in was convenient and pleasant.Location can't be beat! Such a great home away from home

Our family stayed at this property and it worked out great. The house is set off from the street so it gives you plenty of privacy and quiet. The backyard was lovely and the kids loved to roast marshmallows. We would love to come back and stay again.
