Majestic Sun 802A is a newly renovated Gulf view deluxe vacation rental beach condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort, located directly across from the beach on the 8th floor, and sleeps a total of 7 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guests, in addition to a twin sleeper sofa, which can sleep 1. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 4. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 7.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

This unit has stunning beach views from the balcony. Parking in the parking garage was convenient and plentiful. The master bedroom was spacious and the kitchen has the necessary items. Having a beach umbrella and beach chairs available for use was a plus.

Clean and close to beach

I appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. My sister and I loved sitting on the balcony to look at the beautiful beach and water. It was a quick trip to get to the beach and just relax. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic views

Our favorite thing about this place was the views from the balcony! The water was so clear that we could see schools of fish and string rays while relaxing on our balcony. And the sunsets were gorgeous!

Fall Break at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The big picture for this unit is very good--especially the view and proximity to the beach and restaurants and stores. The pictures on the website make it look better than it is--a few adjustments would help. The first thing we saw when we entered was badly stained carpet in the guest bedroom--though the manager brought an area rug to cover it. Much of the furniture is big and bulky--it's hard to move around dressers in the bedrooms, tables in the dining room, and bar stools that are too short for the countertop. The furniture, curtains and balcony furniture are beginning to show their age. But the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area were all in good shape.

The balcony furniture needs repairs, the living room curtains don't close all the way, some of the beach equipment was broke, the bathroom shower curtains need to be replaced and we weren't provided any wash cloths.

My overall impression of this property was not good I was disappointed in the room old dirty rugs in living room,and king bedroom the queen bedroom the carpet was filthy. The pictures is deceiving until you get there, poor lighting in the kitchen no lights over the stove, the kitchen was pretty old and you could not close the kitchens in the living room all the way we had to use a clip to close them. My overall trip to Destin was great except for the condo. People pay to much money for these condos not to enjoy them majestic Sun condos is not like they use to be years ago some of the condos need to be upgraded,my family refuses to stay there they went to Ariel Dunes we been coming to Destin every year for over 20 years and for the last five years we have been disappointed so here you have it,we will be back August the 28- sept 1 girls trip but I’m sorry we cannot book at Majestic Sun.

The shower wasn’t really draining and the screen door was hard to open. I emailed that night through the app and they’d sent someone to fix it by 9:30 am the next day. The view! Because the building is so close the view is gorgeous. Amazing sunsets. You can see for miles down the beach. The unit was good. VERY clean. Definitely pick building A. Definitely pick units not in the middle. If you stand right at the railing you can see a little of other balconies but people would just smile. Miramar Beach is the best spot. Whales Tail is a super fun place with surprisingly good food. Very quiet. No spring break insanity. Cons:The only con is the traffic noise because of how close you are to the beach. The road is just two lanes but busy. We were in the 8th floor and you hear everything. Actual traffic isn’t the issue ’s the trucks, the horns, the souped up engines, the motorcycles. That was rough. The waves are gorgeous to listen to but the traffic sounds would wake you. Even with the doors closed you can hear it.

We have stayed at the majesticSun for the last five years but this was our first time staying in this particular unit, and we won’t be booking this unit again. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom connected to the room where my son was staying. We called maintenance and they did come spray bleach to clean it off. The door frames throughout were dirty with what looked to be splashes of pop or some sort of dark colored drink that wasn’t cleaned off. The baseboards throughout also had some sort ofLiquid that had been splashed on them and was never cleaned off. The screens out to the balcony were both ripped. The one from the living room area was ripped almost all the way on one side, and the one in the bedroom had a large rip in it as well. The shower in the master bath would not drain. It held water and filled up each time we took a shower. Just not what you’dExpect after paying almost $2500 for six days.

Not The Greatest Condo

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the whole condo immediately smelled like rotting fish (no joke). It smelled like someone had either made or forgot about fish the last time they stayed there which also begged the question... when was the last time anyone stayed in that condo? We bought an air freshener at the grocery store once we realized the smell was coming from the freezer. The couches were both “fine” as far as looks but there were stains all over one and they both felt completely unclean. We were unable to cool the condo off completely even though 72 degrees is a “normal” temperature, it felt the AC needed some maintenance because it never actually conditioned the air. It was a humid 72 degrees. Overall it felt like someone bought this condo and rarely rent it out for whatever reason but also rarely take care of it to the extent of what it costs to stay there for a whole week. We’ve stayed at the Majestic Sun before but won’t be using this specific condo ever again.

Worked beautifully for our family. Bathrooms were a bit dated and there was damage to one of the screens. Overall, we loved our stay. Would stay again if we ever go back to Destin.

Love the location!

This was our first time in Miramar Beach and the Majestic Sun was the perfect place for our little family. We loved the beautiful view from the 8th floor and our condo had adequate room for my husband and I, plus our 2yo and my mother. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only things we found wrong were 2 of the outdoor chairs were broken on the patio and some of the outlets throughout didn’t seem to work. The cleaning crew could have done a little better cleaning as the rug in the living room had some leftover sand when we arrived but again overall everything was in great condition. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the property location very much, we were satisfied with our stay, the furniture could have been more comfortable and was badly soiled, and the unit could have been cleaned & updated better. We had some trouble rescheduling a unit for next year, and was told that it was because of the computer program, and we got numerous emails to sign the agreement for next year when we had already done that! We thought this could've been handled better.
