On January 1, 1993, my now wife and I enjoyed our first date together, at Disneyland in CA. Fast forward 25 years later, and we purchased a vacation home that is 3 turns and just a few minutes (less than 2 miles) to the World Drive ramp, the entrance to Walt Disney World. Our earliest memories together started with Disney, and we continue to make more of them here in Florida, with Disney!

So, we thought we might share our home with others when we aren’t using it. We want to help you make some memories too, but without the exorbitant hotel prices. Why pay multiple hundreds per night for a single room, when you can have a whole house for a fraction of the cost, all while being closer to the parks than most of the Hotels??!!! So, we did! Since the first purchase, we have rented out our home. What we found though, is that it books up so fast, that frequently, we have been unable to use it when we needed it! Well, our neighbor across the street decided to sell theirs, so, we decided to buy it too! Now we have two! Both of our homes are 3 Bedroom Townhouses, and in one of the closest and newest communities to Walt Disney World.

This townhouse was built in 2006, and completely refurbished in 2018. Almost EVERYTHING is new since September! New Paint, New Bedroom Furniture/Linens, New Mattresses (purchased Medium Firm with added with 3” Cool Breeze Memory Support Mattress Topper - so you can enjoy soft or firm when you arrive), New Living Room (including New Queen Memory foam Sofa Sleeper), New Kitchen Fridge, Microwave & Dishes, New Internet Enabled 4K Ultra (big screens)/LED TV's in Every Room (with DirecTV Now, HBO, Disney Channel and various other Kids Channels), etc. This townhouse is truly maintenance free. Offered here beyond pictures is also video of the entire house. What you see, is exactly what you get, so there are no surprises (except when we add even something more and new!!).

Admittedly, we are new to this. We are not a company. These are our personal vacation homes and second residences. We ask that you treat our homes with great love and care, just as we would yours. If we have missed something, please send us a message and we will try to make it right and improve it for you if possible, and if not immediately, for next time. And by the way, if you treat our home right, and would like to return for a future visit, we will honor you with a "repeat customer" discount on weekly rentals. If you would like to stay seasonally for multiple months, please also contact us for special pricing.

We hope you enjoy our home and the surrounding activities (there's MUCH more than just Disney, although admittedly, it's our personal favorite)! We have left travel guides in the Living Room TV Stand drawers. We've also left some surprise night time story books in the kiddos room drawers, as well as, Disney games. After all, who doesn't enjoy a good family game or nighttime Disney bedtime story?? Good luck and Enjoy!

We had an amazing at this property. It was perfectly located, clean and cozy! We were expecting a heated pool, or at least warmed, but it was not heated at all and was very cold. The rooms were good size, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and had cozy sitting areas. We would book again!

The absolute best location for Disney! The home was clean, well appointed and perfect for my friend and I for our annual girls trip. Overall the property was clean, and very organized. Communication with the owners was great. Only issue we had was the sliding door in back would not lock and was supported by a stick. Owners did let the maintenance crew know but was not fixed during our stay. Great trip to Disney!!!

Great location for a Disney vacation! 12-15 minute drive time to the 4 major Disney parks. I loved the no contact check-in process and the reserved parking spot at the front door. There were two occasions when I had questions, I sent a message via the VRBO app and Michele responded right away! Great customer service!

Great place to stay for Disney!

Overall a great property, easy to get into and out of and close to Disney and only 25-30 mins to Universal. Only issue we had was the guest bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner and there needs to be a new shower liner with each new guest but otherwise the townhouse was very clean and neat. Very easy to contact owners. Would def stay here again!!

Quick spontaneous trip, hidden gem!

Loved the locations proximity to Disneyworld and the airport. The neighborhood felt safe and was overall quiet. The townhome has everything you need for the house, but Walmart is very close for anything else you would need. I appreciated the abikity to check in early, and the locks were easy to use. I will stay here in the future!

Amazing Home and Location

If you're looking for a fabulous home, with all of the amenities you could want (pool, wifi, internet, smart TV, washer/dryer, great location) look no further! We were blessed to meet one of the owners and he is so lovely. The owners are quick to respond to questions which was amazing. We loved having two full bathrooms as well!! We hope to return again!!

Family Dream Orlando Vacation

We all enjoyed the very comfortable townhome we stayed in. The great detail to making it a Disney experience was much appreciated. The beds were wonderful, and the kids enjoyed the Disney movies. We appreciated being so close to Walmart and to the Disney parks. A couple of suggestions would be waste baskets in the bedrooms and hot pads and kitchen towels in the kitchen. Excellent Property and Location

The condo was a perfect fit for my family of five. The location was excellent and the rental was easy to get to. The townhouse was spacious, well laid out, and had a cute Disney theme. The owners were readily available when we had questions and issues. A baby gate was provided upstairs, which was awesome as we had a toddler with us, but I do wish there was a second gate for downstairs so we didn’t have to keep moving it. An umbrella stroller was provided as well. The beds were very comfortable, which was a nice surprise in a rental, and the Disney books in the kids room were a nice touch. The house itself was well stocked with all the essentials and lots of extras like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, a crock pot, child size plastic plates/cups/bowls/silverware, clothes hangers, and laundry soap. However, I do have a couple of suggestions: the two skillets need to be replaced, a set of mixing bowls is needed for food prep, plastic instead of glass cups for adults, small trash cans in the bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathrooms need hand towels. All in all, this rental had everything we needed and had lots of unexpected items included as well. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely book it for our future Disney trips.
