Nice house very nice fishermen and sun on fenced with wall.
A Léchiagat, in the district of croas malo, just on the other side of the bridge Guilvinec. This lovely fisherman house tastefully renovated is located at the foot of Léchiagat Lighthouse. It is a few meters from the rear port, and 800m from the first track.

It is very well located, the neighborhood is very quiet, you can walk to the Guilvinec and enjoy all its amenities.(shops, restaurants, bars, fishing museum Haliotika, media library, auditorium ..) and the daily spectacle of the return of fishing boats.
There is a big market on Sunday morning in Guilvinec

Many tourist opportunities, seaside and coastal paths, bike rides.
Sailing school Léchiagat, surf school at La Torche
10 minutes from Pont l'Abbé.
Exit to Etocs boat to admire the seals.
Fishing port and visit the auction / Fishing Museum Haliotika and activities.
TORCH and its surf spots
TREGUENNEC and wild coasts
Loctudy, Tudy Island, Lesconil.
Opportunity to take the boat to go to Loctudy GLENAN, beautiful islands.

Bonjour Je recommande vivement cette petite maison de pêcheur qui est très bien située.A quelques pas de la plage et du centre ville du Guilvinec.L'endroit est très calme et la petite terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre.Il y avait tout ce dont ont avait besoin à l'intérieur de la maison.Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.A refaire !

Ambiance et charme

Maison de pêcheur très charmante avec beaucoup de charactère. Authentique et cozy, et en même temps bien equipée. Terrasse agréeable. Quartier calme. Par contre, en raison de l'ancienneté de la maison, on entend assez clairement les conversations provenant du rez-de-chausée lorsque l'on est dans une chambre. Malgré cela, nous recommendons fortement cette location.

Maison très mignonne. Bien située sur l'arrière port de Léchiagat. Déco très sympa. Petit bémol pour la literie, mais ok pour un court séjour.
